when chicken is seasoned, is it best to fry it?

I never fry my chicken, but recreate KFC like this. Dip chicken pieces in beaten egg, then dredge with plain flour that has been seasoned with Seasoning powder (about 1 heaped tbs to 6 cups flour) and 2 tsp thyme. Place on non-stick sheet, and generously dampen with cooking spray. Place in 180 c oven for about 30-40 minutes, turning once half way through. My family says it is finger-licking good!

Are your spice mixes salt free?

I can only give information about this particular spice. It DOES haVe salt in it but then again it is a seasoning product instead of just being a spice
