Great
TENS machines are useful for pain relief. This unit features 3 pads you can place in various positions. Each electrode pad can be used up to 30 times. I'm not sure how much replacement pads cost, but this extra cost needs to be taken into account.I've seen significantly cheaper TENS machines, so I'm not sure if this one provides any worthwhile benefits over cheaper models. You do get a set of 5 different pads, which perhaps justifies the extra cost.I like that this unit is wireless, meaning no dangling wire and less faff. The built-in batteries are rechargeable.

Instant pain relief
Don’t normally do reviews. Just paid £50 to be hooked up to machine that does exactly same as this. With a so called sports massage. Felt magic afterwards no sore back. Nxt day returning. Not quit as bad. Then this arrived. Omg amazing. Excatly same effect. But soooo much better cos I can control it. Been on it for 30 min. Back feels amazing no pain. Please don’t hesitate to get this. Wish I had found it couple yrs ago.

Good machine but...
A really good wireless TENs machine - good features & plenty of menu options & control over the levels. However there are some major issues:a) I bought this as an alternative to my existing wired unit, in the hope I could use it when out and about (especially at work). However there is no way you could use these TENs units discretely worn even under baggy clothes - they are much larger than they look in the photos on Amazon.b) what really lets the product down (and why I could never recommend it) is the stickiness of the pads. I've only used it twice & already the pads are falling off. Adding a small amount of water (as the manufacturer suggests) doesn't work. My wired machine has pads I've been using a few times a week for over two years (& that was a third of the cost of the Medifit machine). Another reason you can't use this machine away from your home (or when moving around) - the pads simply fall off.c) the pads are poorly designed as they have a thick plastic backing which easily creases when you are wearing them. Once the crease is there the pad is permanently deformed which, along with the lack of stickiness, means it is unusable.d) you'll be constantly recharging the two TENs units & the control unit, as they seem to run out of charge incredibly quickly. If Medifit improved the design of the pads then this machine would be great (recharging issue aside) - as it is the thing is unusable & incredibly frustrating to use. A waste of money.

Powerful tens machine, but stickyness of pads not so great.
I bought this tens machine after having used a wired tens for a few years. I wanted to try a wireless device for the convenience. It is extremely handy having two separate modules and they are very powerful, which is great! I use them on my back and shoulders, and they really help. The downsides that I have found, are that the pads don't stick after 1 use, I had to buy conductive gel and even then they still don't really stick. Which is a nightmare as I can't wear the devices out of the house for fear they will unstick and fall off. Also, you have to charge for 3 hours, but can't be charged over night as 4 hours charging is maximum. And you only get a few hours use before the battery runs out. Therefore I am not able to wear them all day, and I'm constantly charging them. I don't think they are worth the high price.
