A wonderful, truly ethical product.
This is a wonderful product; delicious, finest quality, organic and, unlike Spanish olives, the harvesting does not involve the hoovering up of thousands of songbirds as they roost at night and which are subsequently sold as a delicacy; as an additional source of income; disgusting (and illegal under EU law).

Cans dented to hell.
Superb oil except the cans were dented to hell and it's surprising that they didn't leak. They were dented before they left Amazon and not in transit. There was no external damage to the box and so they must have been packed by Amazon staff damaged.

Inaccurate Amazon entry
I have not bought Sunita Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil from here but noticed the entry while looking for something else. The five stars are for the oil not for whoever wrote the description.There are some odd assertions made.1. Obtained exclusively from Italian olives.It is in fact from Greek olives ([...])2. Country Produced In - United Kingdom.I don't think so...3. IngredientsCapers, extra virgin olive oil, red wine vinegar, salt.Not in the Sunita product that I buy!The Sunita Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil I buy from a local farm shop is really excellent. It can be got hot enough for sauté potatoes etc. without smoking as long as you're careful. The taste and smell are wonderful.

VERY disappointing
The tin was SO battered on all sides, which is no good at all, because of the inside surface is cracked, exposing the lovely olive oil to metal. It took me nearly an hour to decant into wine bottles, and then I discovered that the shelf the olive oil lives on doesn't have enough headroom. I took the other bottles out, and discovered that I had paid the same price per litre for a 3 litre tin than I had for a one litre bottle.
