I have two commercial-sized fire extinguishers that I picked up on auction and have kept maintained over the years I've had them. Unfortunately, the auction didn't include the wall brackets, so I've generally kept these on the floor in my garage and next to my workbench. I'd looked for suitable brackets many years ago and didn't find anything at that time, and really hadn't pursued anything since.Enter Amazon... where you can seemingly find anything you want. My fire extinguishers have a single-hole mounting point, and these brackets are a perfect fit. They're very heavy-duty and more than sufficient to support my 20lb fire extinguishers.I don't personally like the expansion-style drywall anchors included with this set, but I was able to anchor directly into a wall stud with the included screws very easily. If I had to mount to an open wall cavity, I'd definitely use a more robust anchor than those provided.Overall, though, I'm very pleased with the quality of this product.

These hooks work well for extinguishers with a hook-loop on the neck of the body. However, you have to ensure that the body is large enough in diameter for the extinguisher to properly rest against the wall once hung -- one too narrow will hang at an off angle since the weight of the extinguisher will pull the body towards the wall until it contacts it. My 10-lb CO2 extinguisher is too narrow and doesn't hang properly, for example.Assuming you have the proper fitment, the hook has a nice red paint job and is easy to install with the included hardware. It is a good bit sturdy and doesn't bend with typical bumps or strikes.
