Highly recommend the Sena Freewire. Bought my Freewire in 2019 to cut the wire from my Harley Ultra Limited. Bluetooth paring to my Nolan 901 headset was smooth and easy. End of riding season 2020 it was having some problems with paring. I charged the Freewire and put it away for the winter. At the beginning of March 2021 I began checking my riding gear for the season coming up. When I tried to pairing my helmet with the Freewire it would not pair. After many attempts I contacted the Sena Technologies Help Desk Europe. They were very responsive and worked with me trying to get my Freewire up and running but everything failed. They said there was no repair station in Europe but requested I send the unit to them to check it out and because it was within the 2 year warranty if it failed for them they would send me a new Freewire. The entire process from first contacting them until I received my new Freewire only took about 2 week. You can’t beat that for customer service.
