Gorilla Gym Fight Station for Hanging a Heavy Punching Bag or Attaching a Speed Bag Platform

The Fight Station is a great addition to any Gorilla Gym! While the Gorilla Gym core provides a great workout, the Fight Station adds an element of fun that I haven’t found at any gym. Normally, installing a boxing bag would require a lot of work and a permanent change to a wall or ceiling. Since the Fight Station just clips onto the Gorilla Gym bar, taking the Fight Station on and off is extremely easy and causes no damage! Not only is the Fight Station loads of fun, it provides a great way for my roommates and I to relieve stress. My Fight Station arrived so promptly after I ordered it that I hardly even had to wait, so you should order yours right away!

Holy crap, took forever to get it to insert into the frame. The fit was too tight. I ended up having to use sandpaper to reduce the outer diameter to a point that I could finally slide it in. So frustrating.

The holes do not align we'll with the speed bag platform

I bought this with the core unit to put up a heavy bag(70lbs) so I didn't need to drill into my ceiling. It fits the bar and it holds up the bag but it doesn't fit the bar exactly. 1 side fit correctly but the other side never snapped in. It's close but not in the hole. Now it's stuck. Which is fine because I'm not taking it apart. BUT, it's not as easy as the video makes it seem it is. It's not coming off. ALSO, the bag hangs low. The core unit is lower than a standard door pull up bar. I've had a couple and they are much higher. If it was their size the bag would be perfect. I'm only 5'11..I'm not a giant. It'll do because I don't have any other options but i probably wouldn't buy it again. I still don't trust it all the way. The bar itself shakes when I hit the bag. BUT, it's still holding the bag up so I can't fault it yet. We'll see...

It does the job. the price is right.
