These are cute. Perfect size for small areas and I like that one side is cold but the other they can hold onto easily. My only complaint is that they can bust kind of easily/the edges can come apart. But for the price they are great!

My grandsons.love these for any little bump and bruise. They are like magic to them. Cute soft and not too cold. They do warm up pretty fast but they stay cold for the 73 seconds toddlers will hold them on their owies.

Was going to give this five stars, but I tried to use it overnight and I rolled over on it and it exploded and gel beads ended up all over the bed. So beware not for sleeping. Otherwise awesome little pack for cold. Have not tried for heat.
