Works just as advertised and helps with pain.

Not an immediate response but noticeable within three days on my knee.

Don't know if it's in my head that it works or not.. for <$ 150.00 you can't really expect much

I just received item. The description should have information about the beep every 30 seconds. It is very annoying to hear so often. I cannot fully review this item. I just received it. I have used similar products. The heat/power adjustment is a nice feature.

This ZJKC Red Light Therapy Device works for humans and pets! I wanted a light therapy device that I could use on my dog at home. I know that red light therapy sessions can be very expensive. I have a 13 year old Husky, and he sometimes has pain in his joints and hips. I've been using this device on my dog, and it really helps him. I use this in conjunction with supplements that he can handle because he's sensitive to certain supplements. If you're using this device on yourself or your pets, you just have to be careful. Make sure to always wear the protective glasses and read the instructions. This device was easy for me to use once I learned how to. It was a bit daunting at first, but I read the instructions, and I also watched videos about using red light therapy on pets. My dog has an easier time getting up in the morning. He's also been more playful, and he has more stamina for running and going on his daily walks. That's proof for me!

While I suspect that it may take a week or more to see real results, I do have to say that I'm already feeling reduced shoulder pain from a rotator-cuff problem after just one weekend of use. My primary pain sources are my shoulders, and upper-back and neck muscles. The handle on this device is long enough for me to use on my own to hit all of the spots, and when it use is produces an audible "beep" every 30 seconds so I can hear when to move the device to the next spot in line as I work it across my upper back. The interface is easy to use. Long-hold the power button to turn it on, and then quick-press again to turn the red light on and off. Long-hold again to power down. There is a countdown timer to show how long you've been using and if you turn the light off during a session without powering down, it pauses the timer. This is handy when you need to move the device to another part of your body and you don't want to wave the red lights around the room inadvertently hitting someone in the eyes. Overall, impressed with the results so far, and I can only hope it gets even better over time.

First, this light is so much easier to hold than the long-barrel style. Much easier to hold the device like a scanner. Second, 650nm is common, but don't believe I've seen the 808nm frequency before. I'm no expert but I looked it up and saw healing of spinal cord injury study in rats. Interesting. If I'm going to play around with these red lights, which do feel great to use, might as well try all the healing frequencies. The device also pulses. AND, this is cool - there's an overall timer which can be set for up to an hour, and it beeps every 30 seconds so you can move it from one body part to another every 30 sec and do a full treatment without monitoring the clock, or turning the device back on every time it cycles off. Very user-friendly, never had one with a screen before. This all will help me go from playing around with the red light therapy to being able to use it more consistently, I believe. Very nice design and function.

I own a couple of red light therapy belts and they do help with back pain. I was happy to be able to try this device that I could direct the infrared lights directly on my arthritic knees. I've used it daily for a few days now and I do see a difference in the stiffness and pain. This red light therapy device also has different power levels you can choose. In addition, you can choose continuous or pulse. And of course you can choose the length of time with the timer. The LED screen shows the options you've chosen and it's easy to read. This device is small and can travel with you easily. Take it in your purse or briefcase and use it at work on your break. I like that it can be used and directed on any area that's painful. You can even use it on your pets. Be sure to wear the protective glasses when you're using it.
