019-8012 4 Person Rope Horizontal Lifeline Kit with Cross Arm Straps

So I ordered this lifeline before we had to replace 6 townhouse roofs (4plexes). It was supposed to take 2 months. I paid full price for this to sit at purolator until the 7th week because they shipped it wrong. They so very kindly reimbursed my $ with a little comment saying that “if” the lifeline eventually makes it to me, I can keep it at no cost for my unfortunate situation. I was on the phone with purolator afterwards and after they couldn’t figure it out for weeks upon weeks, they had it sold and shipped to someone else in hours, after there customer service department lied to me lol
