Good gift idea
Well made quality pen, with useful function, feels high end when used. Gave this as a gift, mine has functioned for years.

Quality product
I have pens galore but I liked this black one. Even so I think the design could be improved. It deserves a more substantial clip. It would look better if the cap were like a cylinder rather than a stud and if the barrel tapered towards the point without a break. If you look at it and compare it with other Lamy pens, you will see what I mean.

A well made pen but there are a couple of things can be improved
I received this pen as a birthday gift and I like it very much. It is well designed and made. But like other reviews had mentioned, I think there are a couple of things can be improved. Firstly, there is no 'neutal postion' to fully retract the pen. To keep the pen in a pocket, I can only turn the pen halfway between two pen options. This way one of the pen could be too close to the top and make my shirt dirty. Secondly, the cap is a bit loose and could easily be lost. Apart from these, I still feel it is a good pen for every day use.

Very good so far
Very satisfactory so far, seems solid unlike earlier and different. Lamy multipen which soon fell apart. This one very useful

Quality pen
This is my second Lamy tri pen, 1 for work & 1 at home. I like the sleek simple design & obviously the multi pen options.The pen has a nice weight and writes smoothly. The refills are easy to find (and replace).Not much else to say other than, if you're looking for a multi pen you can't to wrong with this one.

Nice Pen.
I really like this pen. Neat mechanism makes switching between pen colours and pencil very easy. Has a nice weight and feels premium. Writes well.

Great quality and very useful
The pen is great. Superb quality. It's nice to write with, changing colours is easy and the refills are pretty reasonable. The black matte finish is really nice in the hand.

Multifunction..... or did it forget to be functional
I love Lamy build quality and refills for writing and drawing etc. but I purchase a malfunction pen so I only have to carry one pen with me instead of 3!!!, this being said it would be a great pen if I could select the nib to be retracted when its not in use, because this isn't possible with this model I cant carry it in my pocket without the risk of stabbing or inking myself :-(If you keep your pens on your desk or in a draw then it'll be great for you. just not 'functional' enough for me
