I am on day 2 of using this stuff and I love it. On day one I took 1000mg throughout the day to give my body a good dose. On day two I took 600mg. This stuff is gentle on your tummy and psyche. It gives me a good night sleep and a refreshed mindset in the morning. Nothing "crazy" but definitely works. Excited to see what it does after 1 month of use! I sure would like a free bottle as this was my first order from Earth Elixir! ;) Update: 4/19: This is by far the BEST quality Cistanche I have used. I tried Boscent brand, and I always break the pills to taste the powder (cistanche tubulosa ought to taste bitter vs cistanche deserticola which has a subtle sweet taste) Boscent powder tatsed like PURE SALT!!! anyways, Erath Elexir Cistanche is bitter when you taste the raw powder. The way it should taste! Since taking it for about 3 months I have better digestion, morning wood, positive mood during the day. There is research that shows that Cistanche helps the "Gut-Brain connection which is super important! My skin is looking youthful and heathy. As to performance in the gym I have not noticed any results, but it doesn't matter because having a good mood is enough for me to go and work out. It's a SAFE herb overall that has no negative side affects and can be taken daily and does not need to be cycled. It's not a "miracle pill" you do need to eat heathy (protein rich diet, low carb, no processed food) and exercise.

I waited a few months before I reviewed so I could actually have an idea how this product works. I do have a noticeable added sense of well being, hard to describe but it is there. I also notice a bit more energy. One thing I recommend is if you store your pills in a pill organizer keep it seperate from anything that may contain oils, as this seems to "leech" from them. I noticed the capsules got darker when in the same container as another capsule I take. Not sure how this effects quality just saying I noticed this happen.

I like this brand . I like their Tongkat Ali. But Cistanche was Not good for me. Maybe because I am a woman. I felt horrible. Angry and anxious. It took 3 days to slowly wear off.

Work great. Made my facial hair grow 3x as quick as usual. I cycle all sorts of organic T boosters. This is now in my list.

Don’t expect miracles. But this stuff really works and the scientific literature backs it up. I do not have blood work to deny or confirm that this supplement really did raise my testosterone levels. But it certainly raised my energy levels. My mood levels and helped me pack on lean muscle mass faster than before trying this supplement. To get the most out of this, make sure you are eating a healthy amount of cholesterol. After all cholesterol is a precursor to testosterone.
