The print cartridges are good. They work and produce reasonable prints. Possibly as good as canon's own but they are a LOT cheaper. In 99% of cases I don't notice the difference. For photographs he colours are not quite the same but on some I prefer these cartridges. Prints on photo paper do take a little longer to dry.Is the review worth while? Well I as asked to rate their "Sheerness"? Is that a quality anybody else rates on print cartridges? Is it even a quality you recognise? For me it is the printer that defines the accuracy of the path but these cartridges do not sheer off the path that appears to be 1 star as they don't sheer.Sheerness could refer to the translucence of the ink. The ink is not translucent, it provides vivid solid colour. Of course the ink while wet will have a degree of translucence but once dry I want none. I measure the quality against the dried ink so just one star again.Sheerness can also refer to steepness, a port in the UK, qualities of a ship's hull or the position of an anchor. I don't think any of these apply, so I would give one star.What a shame these cartridges, which only deserver a 5 star review, end up with a quality for which they get one star. It looks bad but it is what we want from the cartridges. Or is sheerness a quality of a cartridge that I misunderstand? I leave that to the readers who actually get to the end of this review to decide. I just score as requested.

Ok for printing photos but documents come out blurry. You get a lot for your money but Ink doesn’t last too long.

Bought as replacements for OEM inks. These represent such good value, in fact I still cannot quite believe the price. I print documents most of the time and these produce clear prints, I have not used them for photograph printing, but would suspect the colours are not quite as strong as OEM inks, but they work well for what I need them for. There are no compatability issues - the printer registers the inks as normal and notifies me of ink levels. The inks seem to last as well as the OEM items - after over 6 months of use, I have had to order another batch as I am low on some of the colours, but it makes senses to order all rather than batches of individual colours. For everyday printing, I would highly recommend these.

Good for the money, quality fine.

My expectations were surpassed with the price of the ink. I cannot objectively compare the quality of the original manufacturers ink versus the compatible non-original, however I can say that it presents excellent value for money and what I have printed so far is absolutely fine.Fitting the cartridges was extremely easy and they sport the same LED indicator as the original. The printer immediately displayed the levels of the new cartridges so I have some confidence in the electronics.I typically use my printer for childrens' homeworks, work documents, cinema tickets etc and cannot justify spending the original manufacturers ink costs. This box of 6 complete sets - 36 cartridges in total - cost approximately 1/3 of the cost of a single original set and therefore whilst its early days I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Please don’t read the negative reviews on here. I was very skeptical before I bought these inks for my printer. These inks are voted no1 on which and also they gave excellent reviews on Money Saving Expert. I used in my canon pixma ip8750 A3 printer. I will be back to buy more.

I have always bought genuine canon ink but at over £90 a set that don’t last long I thought to give these a try. Absolutely brilliant, and at 1/28th the cost.
