Tastes Similar to Fruit Punch IMO | Handy single packets
These Pure IV packets arrived quickly and look as they do in the product images. There are 16 stick/packets included for the current set price of $19.95. The taste to me, was like a stronger fruit punch flavor (I watered mine down a bit by adding a bit of additional water to the one with the Pure IV Packet in it after taking a few hefty sips) which helped me enjoy it more. I’ve used quite a few different brands of hydration multipliers in the past, the most popular being LIV and I would say these have a similar style and the strength of flavor. Many beneficial vitamins are included which I like, especially plenty of B Vitamins. These packets are conveniently sized and I like that I can carry multiple in my purse or gym bag on days where I’ll be especially active, or won’t be able to drink as much water as I should throughout the day. I’ve really liked them thus far and will return to update my review if anything new arises.

More questions than answers after looking at the label.
This review is for: KaraMD Pure I.V. - Doctor Formulated Electrolyte Passion Fruit Powder Drink Mix – Refreshing & Delicious Hydrating Packets with Vitamins & Minerals – Easy On-the-Go Water Hydration Multiplier – Passion Fruit - 1 Bag (16 Sticks) (Passion Fruit, 1 Bag (16 Count)I would personally prefer more potassium than sodium, but this isn't too bad. I'm curious at how this can have 380mg of potassium per serving when the US maximum dose of OTC potassium is 99mg.... I mean almost the entire population is low on potassium, so 380mg is a good thing, but I'm wondering. I see potassium citrate in the ingredients so my guess is that it's actually 99mg of elemental potassium from potassium citrate? This is something a consumer needs to know. I see that it's formulated in the USA, but where is it actually made? This give me more questions than answers, actually. I feel this is also something a consumer should know. Between this, the potassium mystery, and the slightly high price, I'm giving this 4 stars. The taste is decent. No complaints.I hope this was helpful.

Convenient, and tastes OK
I'm not crazy about the flavor, but I can tolerate it. I do like the small individual pouches that it comes in so that it's easy to take and store anywhere. They did work for more so that was good.

Nice and handy packets
Nice convenient packets. I haven't been able to be told why I loose electrolytes so easily but these are handy to have on hand when I start to feel the symptoms coming on. I'm not the biggest fan of the flavor but that's my taste buds not the product.

Taste decent, convenient
The sports drink packets taste pretty decent, and are certainly convenient to carry around. Just empty one into a water bottle, shake, and you're ready to go. They mix well with no clumping, and each packet is enough for about 16-20 oz. of water. They supply potassium, Vitamin C, as well as B-vitamins. The first ingredient is pure cane sugar (45 calories per packet), so if you're avoiding sugar be aware of that.At $1.25 per packet at the time of this review, they are not the cheapest option - but you are also getting the convenience of individual packets.

Passion fruit electrolyte packets
I use this for a post-exercise drink with my water and really enjoy it. The flavor is fruity and not too sweet tasting but it does include 11g of sugar that it has higher than my normal zero-sugar sports drink. I drink water throughout the day but do like the taste of sports drinks pre and post-workout. This powder makes it easy to add to my water bottle after filling it up at the gym's water bottle fountain. Mixing with the recommended 16 oz of water was a good ratio. The bag includes 16 individually wrapped powder mixes. It has a mix of Vitamin C, B3, B6, and a ton of B12.
