Must Have for eggless baking
Love this brand of powdered Aquafaba!!! I have purchased multiple times and this is always consistent in performance in cooking and baking. Easy instructions on the package. No strong flavors. great Value for price!!! Texture when mixed is smooth not grainy and mixes easily with hot water. I use frother or immersion blender to mix prior to use. I havenโt tried for meringues or using a yet. In baking it is my go to. Hands down will continue to purchase and always have a back up on hand.

Works for vegan macarons
This product works for macarons! See photos above. For a first try, I followed my usual macaron recipe, substituting this powder mixed with water, in the ratio suggested on the package, for the same grams of egg whites I normally use. I did note that I had to macaronage much less using the aquafaba, than with normal egg whites. While my results weren't perfect, I'm overall pleased and will continue tweaking my recipe.

Works for what I need it for
Works great for baking. Really only leaving this review because I saw another review that mentioned an inability to get stiff peaks; you can get them with this, but itโs perhaps a bit more finicky when going the powder route. Hereโs the process Iโve found to be foolproof if you have issues: 1. Boil water until itโs strongly boiling; donโt use barely boiling water 2. Mix powder/water in ratio given in instructions. Stir and ensure no clumps are left 3. Once it has cooled slightly, cover container with plastic wrap, leaving no air gap between the liquid and the wrap 4. Leave in fridge overnight/until cooled 5. When ready to use, stir the mixture again, then with hand mixer or stand mixer with whisk attachment, mix on high for about 5-10 minutes until ready

Excellent aquafaba
I use this for making aquafaba for all of my baking. It's a much easier and less wasteful way to get aquafaba than opening a can of chickpeas. Just take note of the fact that it's highly electrostatic and so it will cling to a lot of things.

Great egg white replacement for baked bread!
Great product to use as eggwhite replacement in our baked goods. Great customer service from an ethical company. We are very happy.

Versatile- so good
It's so versatile, it has no tastes so you can use it for so many recipes. I personally don't like chick peas but this doesn't taste like it and it's very useful! I will definitely re-stock, when I'm done!

It doesnt work for baking
Do NOT BUY THIS IF YOU NEED STIFF PEAKS. I bought this because I need to make meringue for vegan souffle pancakes. You need to whip egg whites to *stiff* stable peaks. This ultimately cannot achieve that. I tinkered with the concentration- perhaps it was too thick, so i dissolved it in more water. Then I thought it was too concentrated so I tried it with a super super concentrated solution. I used cream of tartar and white sugar to help it, ans the best it got was a good foamy sudsy concotion. I tried dissolving it in warm water and boiling water and chilling it in the fridge overnight. It STILL didnt work. So, a waste of a purchase for me..
