Have heard melatonin recommended by Huberman Lab Podcast for quite some time but never got around to trying it. When Neend released their gummies I immediately bought them. I listen to their sleep stories and music, and the team is responsive on Twitter when I reached out about my sleep problem.I have a few nights where I just cannot sleep and it becomes a Netflix fest all night. I tried it multiple times in the last few weeks and it is very encouraging. First immediately after taking a bite I have this sensation wash over me that makes me feel like it's time to sleep. They won't knock you out like sleeping pills but they create an urge to sleep. I yawned for 30 mins after taking this and that was the message to go and sleep. I have never slept so soundly like this before.One bonus is that you wake up feeling fresh as well. No grogginess felt.
