I bought this tape specifically for taping my son's wrestling shoe laces, and it works perfectly. I have developed heel pain on my right leg from golf in the past couple of months. Have constant pain while walking so I have to wrap my ankle and the heel pad with sports tape all day long for walking and activities. I normally use the national brand sports tape from the big box stores and for the most part they work. However, those tapes don't seem to stick too well, although they feel dry but don't stick to the skin for very long. One good thing about them is they do come off easy and leave no sticky residues. Until I came across this generic sports tape that advertised strong adhesive with no sticky residue. They are so inexpensive so I have decided to give it a go. Wow, am I glad I did, this tape is an absolute game changer for me. They stick to my skin strong and last ALL DAY, removing it is easy too, no pain, and absolutely no sticky residue. It does creates more sweat for the area than the other brand I used but not irritating. On top of the great price, I don't see a reason to ever go back to the more expensive national brand. Highly recommend it.

I would've given the tape five stars, but it wasn't easy to tear. I had to use scissors to cut it. However, for the price and the quantity I felt it was a good buy.

Excellent tape! I use this for jiu jitsu and regardless of where, it sticks really well and stays in place. Most recently I had an injury on my upper ankle/lower calf that I have been covering up and even over 2 hours of grappling plus a hot humid gym it stayed in place. The other thing I really liked was that it was easy to remove post activity. Recommended this to multiple people in our academy and have reorder this one a few times.

Good tape. Supports well. I only problem I had was breaking it off. I had to use my teeth to rip it off.

Up there with all the other good quality brands I've used for pre wrap and athletic tape. Gets the job done well.

I use these to wrap before I put tape on my feet for soccer. Works well, no pain when removing the tape that’s on top. It sticks really well when wrapped around. I’ve bought these 2 or 3 times now, worth the price.

Got this for bouldering to cover cuts and protect skin. Adhesive is really strong so it stays in place even with a lot of movement and sweat. Holds up well on the wall and doesn’t peel off easily like some others. Makes a big difference when you’ve got small cuts but still want to climb. Definitely worth having in your kit.
