These slide into the Thule Aeroblade bars without issue. I bought these to put together a custom Unistrut rack for my car and they so exactly what I was hoping, which is function just like the OEM Thule t-bolts.

Works with older Thule ski rack with Tesla crossbar

Got this hardware to install a solar panel on my truck camper in the Yakima-compatible tracks. (My existing Yakima rack bolts fit well.) The supplied bolts in this pack that slide into the track are stout and seem well-built, but they did not fit into my tracks. I had to grind out ~1 mm of thickness on both sides with a Dremel tool to get the bolts to slide in easily. Comparing the supplied bolts with the rectangular hardware for my Yakima rack, these bolts are much thicker. The range of washers and lock nuts are great, though, and once I modified the bolts, they worked well to secure the solar panel to the tracks. Make sure your rack will accept these thicker bolts unless you are comfortable grinding metal!
