We often have soup for our evening snack. (Our main meal is at noon). Chicken noodle soup is my husband's favorite soup and Campbell's chunky is his favorite brand. I buy the soup when the price is right. I often add leftover vegetables, rice, or pasta- whatever the fridge has to offer. I nuke the bowl for 2 minutes, stir, check temperature and nuke a little more if needed. Simple, quick, handy, and smells like home.

2 Servings, But You Have To Make It Better.
Add some garlic, dill, and onion powder. Crumbled crackers, or crumbled bread, add some chicken, and grated cheese on top. The noodles taste off. This is not your Mother's chicken soup. You get 2 servings, but you need the above additions, especially the dill. Serve with a sandwich, or a half sandwich. Good for winter warm up.
