The mug was delivered very quickly, which I am happy about. However, the pink colour is pale. It is not as rich pink as on the picture. Also, the font of the letters is one font smaller and the bold effect from the picture is not delivered. It will be given as a present, as the slogan is good. I hope it does not fade soon and become unreadable.

Item arrived, the colour is faded, print is wonky and smaller than shown, and there are dirty marks on the side. Not happy at all - have returned the item.

Washed the cup before I use it for the 1st time and the handle broke off

Unfortunately my Sister used the mug for the first time today and it failed in its only job as a mug, which is to hold liquid! A small crack has been found on the bottom so leaks. I will be sending it back and hopefully getting a replacement.

This mug is nothing like the picture , print is completely different , colour is dull and the print is not aligned, image is all pixilated and faded, if you want a mug, don’t get this one

The picture shows a high quality print on the mug. However, it’s a pixelated low quality version. The pink isn’t really pink either.
