The outer packaging arrived damaged during delivery, which was clearly not the seller's fault. The EMOOR JAPAN customer support team were courteous, professional and genuinely helpful in resolving the issue. I haven't yet had the opportunity to try the futon itself, but based on the customer service alone I would happily buy from this seller again.

It is good and sterdy. The futon is comfortable and a good first step towards floor sleeping for help with back pain and or posture issues

I really like it.

Takes a bit getting used to but the sturdy sleeping surface is better for my back alignment. The tatami has a grassy smell that isn't unpleasant but noticeable. The futon mattress is lightweight enough to sling over a washing line to air out in the sun for a few hours. The ability to fold the futon and the sections of the tatami make it easy for storage during the day taking only minutes to make up again before bedtime.

The quality is better than expected

Vor einem Jahr habe ich die EMOOR Japanische Futon Matratze CLASSE (100 x 200 cm) zusammen mit der faltbaren Tatami Matte (Igusa Matratze) gekauft und kann nur sagen, dass es eine der besten Entscheidungen meines Lebens war. Zunächst war ich skeptisch, ob diese traditionelle japanische Bettlösung meine teure, moderne Matratze ersetzen könnte. Doch meine Zweifel wurden schnell ausgeräumt. Seit ich die Futon Matratze benutze, sind meine Rückenschmerzen vollständig verschwunden. Vorher hatte ich ständig mit Rückenschmerzen zu kämpfen, was meine Lebensqualität stark beeinträchtigte. Jetzt wache ich morgens ohne Schmerzen auf und fühle mich erfrischt und ausgeruht. Ein weiterer positiver Aspekt ist meine Schlafqualität. Vorher hatte ich im Durchschnitt nur etwa eine Stunde Tiefschlaf pro Nacht, doch seit ich die Futon Matratze benutze, erreiche ich nun durchschnittlich drei Stunden Tiefschlaf pro Nacht. Ich fühle mich jetzt viel energiegeladener und produktiver im Alltag. Man muss allerdings etwas Geduld mitbringen. Die ersten Tage waren für mich nicht besonders komfortabel und ich hatte Schwierigkeiten, mich an die neue Schlafunterlage zu gewöhnen. Doch nach etwa einer Woche hat sich mein Körper angepasst und der Schlafkomfort wurde immer besser. Die Matratze und die Tatami Matte sind auch äußerst praktisch und platzsparend. Sie lassen sich leicht zusammenfalten und verstauen, was besonders in kleinen Wohnungen oder Räumen von Vorteil ist. Insgesamt kann ich die EMOOR Japanische Futon Matratze CLASSE und die faltbare Tatami Matte jedem empfehlen, der unter Rückenschmerzen leidet oder seine Schlafqualität verbessern möchte. Es war eine hervorragende Investition in meine Gesundheit und mein Wohlbefinden. Fünf Sterne von mir!

My sleep has improved since I started using this. I wake up feeling rested and with less pain than I used to. The futon and mat are easily stored during the day, which is ideal for my small living space.

Las piezas del tatami, tras 3 meses, se han separado. Estaban unidas por cuerdas que se han ido soltando. Muy finito, pero las medidas no engañaban. Se duerme bien. Se dobla y se guarda muy bien. El tatami tiene un fuerte olor, pero no es desagradable.

Très bon tatami. Je l ai acheté avec le futon pour mon fils autiste de 16 ans. Il dort très bien dessus. A bien aérer toutes les semaines. L odeur des herbes est assez prenante le premier mois mais s estompe. C est une odeur de foin frais et non chimique donc tolérable.n
