It was a good product for massaging foot

Very light, sturdy, and useful for thighs and calves.
The product is sturdy, and also light at 96 grams. In fact it is so light that if your ceiling fan is on, the air-flow will make it run away. Nevertheless, I found it helpful in the dry 'massage' of thighs and legs, but not for static application on either side of the body just above the hip joint, in lying position.

Looks fine and firm. Very light in weight... maybe slightly bigger than a baseball ball. Four star will just be fine... Lastly the product arrived super super early since I ordered it same time yesterday

This is a black rock with texture; not lacrosse massage ball
A rock disguised as lacrosse massage ball! See attached video. Orange is authentic lacrrosse ball while black is this Boldfit rock. Although I am no expert, the lacrosse ball to be used for massage is not supposed to be as hard as rock. It should be firm yet not collapse. Because this is a rock, it doesn't collapse but simply too painful to be used. Look elsewhere unless you are looking for a rock that is not returnable.
