I found my favorite probiotic
I have been using this probiotic for awhile now. It is ease to use--no problems with being able to swallow it. The dosage is just right for me. The lower dosage did not work as well. It is a capsule so it doesn't dissolve prior to hitting my digestive system. And it not only helps was a probiotic, it also helps with immunity as well. It is a very good value for the money for me! I will continue to use it!

Great product
My GP recommended this when I had Lyme Disease & had to take a very strong antibiotic that likely to upset my GI tract! Definitely helped and I have continued taking it ever since.
