Q: What size tape is the largest you can use in it? 1" or more?

I am surprised to see the response to this question. I too have been looking for the answer. However, I can testify that I have been using 18MM, which is also listed as 3/4". So I know you can use up to 3/4". It looks like there is enough room for a 1" to fit, and I am looking for confirmation. Can anyone tell me if they use 1" tape?Thanks in advance.

Q: why is mind printing light words

I will offer some guesses. You may be using the wrong font or text type, your batteries may be low. Or you have a bad machine. Hope this helps.

I had immediate trouble with mine too, I tried to exchange it but they would not take it back. I have another one that has worked fine for a couple of years but I would not buy another one from them after my second experience and now yours.
