Great clock, good value but Instructions should be provided to aid proper setup.
Very good value and works well. No instructions provided; this could be a problem if you are not familiar with radio controlled clocks and do not know that they have a mind of their own! The basic method is to fit the battery, put it near a north facing window, watch it do it's thing and leave it alone overnight: in the morning it will have picked up the radio signal and set itself (usually). Sometimes complications do arise, so instructions should really be included. Otherwise a good clear and accurate clock that will set itself when the clocks go forward and back. Use a good AA battery and it shold easily run for more than one year without any attention, but keep it a few feet from any electronic devices that might generate radio interference. A good buy.

Beautiful, legible, automatic
These are lovely clocks - picked a couple up, very legible and easy to read - love the colour options. These are radio controlled clocks, note that signal tends to be best overnight so they may need to be left alone to find the signal overnight. I think some simple instructions either on the box or as a slip in the box would be appreciated - just because there are some buttons on the back, for example 'rec' which I assume means 'search for signal', as well as a set and reset button - but generally you'll want to just pop a battery in these and leave them alone to do their thing - quality better than I expected for the price, pleasantly surprised - British brand which is nice to support. Clock is very quiet, I have much smaller analogue clocks which click much more loudly.

Second Clock Supplie Without Instructions
The clock is easy to read and there is no ticking to be heard. It also keeps perfect time. We were so pleased with the first clock that we bought another. Unfortunately, there were no instructions provided with the second clock so only 4 stars given. Fortunately, we had kept the instructions from the first clock.

A quality item at a great price.
I bought two of these clocks to replace similar, older Acctim radio-controlled clocks. The previous clocks each performed faultlessly for over ten years so I didn’t really need to replace them. However, the newer ones have bolder hours markers and numbers as well as thicker hands. That makes them easier to read, even though they’re slightly smaller than the previous ones. That’s an important consideration for a glasses wearer like me. I can now instantly tell the time from a few metres away, even without my glasses. All you need do is instal a battery and forget about it, if they’re anything like anything like the previous clocks. They synchronise to the atomic clock time signal within minutes and automatically adjust for winter and summer time. Just replace the battery every couple of years as necessary. They really are that straightforward to use. It beats me how anyone can pack so much technology into such an inexpensive product.

Acctim Radio Controlled Clock - Nice Looking & Reasonably Priced. (But…)
This is a rather nice clock, easy to read, nicely designed and fulfils its purpose very well. The only issue since buying it is that it sometimes stops. When I remove the battery and replace it again it then goes through the process of resetting itself. I thought this was due to the battery running out of power but, oddly, it then goes again for a few days before I go through the battery removal process again. I do use rechargeable batteries though, so wonder if using the standard non-rechargeable battery might rid me of this issue? For the price I do recommend it. However I’d be interested in knowing if others have experienced a similar problem? I chose the grey colour frame which is quite a neutral colour which will, I think, go with a lot of decor.

👍
Great clock, syncs with the time all thanks to the clocks WiFi compatible. Not noisy and can read it from a good distance,.ideal for small rooms or kitchens.

I bought 3 of these clocks.Don't buy. 3 of them don't work now. The 1 replacement is barely limping
One had to be replaced (all with brand new batteries and 3 have now failed. I have 1 that now works. Changing the batteries for new ones hasn't helped and the radio controlled time is totally inaccurate for those that either stopped working (like the second hand doesn't work) or for those that were operating, only one accurately picked up the radio frequency update signal. They are useless. Due to the time changes it wasn't possible to detect these until twice a year but you pay for what you get. They don't work and I would not recommend anyone purchasing one. I have had to resort to the clocks they replaced in order to ensure that when BST changed they would automatically. Some with brand new batteries don't even move anymore. A total waste of money. If you're buying one go by the recommendation that it operates. I was trying to avoid changing 6 clocks every 6 months but I may as well have burnt that money. It's cheap rubbish. Even when working they didn't all pick up BST and set it to GMT. Well. that still involves me changing every clock by hand which I was trying to avoid. Despite the price don't waste your money. As it's only possible to check when BST changes, is why I was out of time to request replacements or refunds.
