This mask is very soft and comfortable to wear. Easy to operate. After research I learned not all red light therapies are the same. You need to make sure the red light is at least 620 nm. I love that it has a face and neck part. The Velcro is intense (not sure it needs to be that strong!) but manageable. After a few months of use (at least 4 times a week for 30 minutes at a time) I can definitely see a change in my skin for the better. And, half the lights stopped working. Once I contacted the seller, they responded immediately and resolved the issue with a replacement under warranty. No hassles. Great customer service. Everyone needs to be using red light therapy and bonus having a good seller backing their product!

Love, love, LOVE this mask! It is easy and comfortable to use and not bulky like the plastic masks. You can vary the time and intensity which is perfect because I usually use 15 minutes of red light on my face and neck then do 10 minutes of blue light on my face. The neck and chest piece is one of the reason I chose this mask. Sometimes I use the chest piece on my upper back with the blue light to “zap” my occasional back acne. I have noticed with consistent use my skin looks smoother and glowy. I also want to add some of the LEDs stopped working after almost a year but the warranty was honored and I received a new mask within 24hrs! Clearly they stand behind their product and I was seriously impressed with their response.

Love this mask! I spent over a year looking for a good quality LED mask and stumbled upon this brand on TikTok. I don't regret a thing choosing this brand. I've been using this mask every other day and can already tell a difference in my skin. My pores appear tighter, my inflammation is down, and I have a nice glow. I can't wait to continue using this and seeing wear my skin journey will end up down the road. It's easy to put on and comes with several different light settings and levels. My only other recommendation would be for the brand to put a little pamphlet dedicated to the different light settings and how you can mix them into your routines. They do have them printed in the directions but I think a book dedicated around the settings on their mask would be really neat. The appearance is sleek and also comes with a bag to hold your mask in for travel or easy storage. It also comes with the neck piece that many other companies would charge tons of money to buy separately so that's another huge plus. The mask quality is soft to put on your face and doesn't feel like you're putting on a plastic costume mask. I highly recommend buying from this brand as they just gained me for life!

I have only used this mask three days times so far, but thought I’d share my thoughts. First, it came very well packaged, in a nice box with good instructions. Inside there is the face mask, the neck and chest mask, a nice quality white storage bag, Velcro straps and booklet. Everything worked perfectly once charged. I use the red light for anti-aging,but cycled through all the colors and power levels and all work great. The device you charge has a small screen to show you all of those colors and levels. It has a nice heavy feel in hand, not lightweight cheap plastic. My skin felt firmer after the very first 20-minute session. I’ve used red light at my aesthetician’s office several times and love it. That’s why I wanted one at home. I’d only take of half a star if I could, instead of one, simply because the Velcro straps are tricky for me to adjust by myself and they get tangled in my hair. There isn’t any direction on how to best insert them for ease of use, so I may he doing it incorrectly. Other than that, as long as it keeps working this well for a fairly long time (unlike those dumb little red light wands that stop taking a charge after a couple of months), I’m very happy with this purchase. If anything goes wrong, I’ll try to remember to update this.

Love this face & neck red light combo. I see a noticeable difference! I’ve owned more expensive ones that stopped working after a few months.I use the face mask routinely and after more than 8 months of great results the lights stopped working. I contacted the company, showed them what happened and they helped me very quickly! Excellent product and wonderful customer service.

Love this mask! The chest part is great for its intended use, but you can also use it for other parts of your body or even on your pet so that they get the benefits. I like the different light settings with different benefits. I researched a lot of masks and this is the best one. It’s the only one I’ve seen with a setting that will cycle through all of the different lights so that you can get all the benefits in one session. Very affordable and my mask has been working perfectly since I got it. Can’t recommend this enough!

This lasted me only 7 months. Do not buy. The red light went out on the face part and it does not stay charged.0

this item works as well as the higher priced LED face mask light therapy masks. While some of them only offer the red light, this has so many other colors that deal with other skin issues like acne. My skin definitely is clear, and glowing.However, it doesn't get my full 5 stars because about a year into it some of the rows of lights stop working. However, I saw that it happened to other reviewers, and the company sent them replacements quickly... so I'm hoping for the same great customer service!!!
