Excellent great quality lightweight bag. I bought for my daughter for school and has great pockets and has hold this semester intact.

My son uses this backpack for school. It’s excellent! The rectangular design lets him carry papers and folders without bending them. The sleeves on the outside of the pack fit his favorite water bottle perfectly. The material is very sturdy so it hasn’t ripped after the first year of use. Love this backpack.

So after looking back and forth between the Kanken and this Ovik backpack, I decided on the Ovik since I intended to use it for my work commute or for traveling/exploring. I like the two bottle pouches on the side as I usually carry a coffee thermos full of cold brewed Starbucks house blend and a water bottle for my Berkey filtered H20 with lemon slices. I also pack a decent sized breakfast and/or lunch so I felt like the space would be better with this bag than the kanken and the water bottles would stay upright and not spill. I could probably fit my meal containers, an umbrella, and some files for work without it getting too packed. The bag I received seems to be the real thing as the tags had correct spelling, the ink on the tags were dark & not cheap, and the craftsmanship feels legit. The canvas material actually feels waxy and the little Swedish flag is sewn onto the bottom corner. I just returned from a Maine & Boston trip and this simple ruck sack was comfortable throughout the many miles of trekking. Whether for the concrete jungle or for when I get eaten by a bear, I feel good that I'll go out in rugged style.

Beautiful color! I was worried that it would look dull because of the video in the description, but it matches the color that is depicted. I love the amount of compartments it has, plenty of room to put a laptop, books, and other miscellaneous things. I'm using this for everyday work and I plan to use it for traveling. I think my only gripe is that it's a bit too straight and stiff on my back (I like my backpacks to follow the curve of my spine) but that's not too big of an issue. You can take out the foam pad in the back if you don't want it to be too stiff.

Great daypack for travel. Used as personal item for carry on then as a daypack. The design makes it easy to get at things in your bag quickly. The front pocket and inside pocket made organization easy. Side note I use it to walk to the market here at home. Holds lots of groceries and easy to pack at the register.

Yet another brilliant Fjallraven product. Excellent quality as expected and as practical as it gets. The opening at the top opens out wide an you can fit a surprising amount of gear in there. I used it today and got two wet suits, two of those hooded towel things, a large picnic rug (also fjallraven) into the main compartment and a pair of surfing shoes in each of the side pockets. I love the fact that there are no zips, except the small one inside on the inner wallet. Simple, sturdy, practical and good looking.

Der Rucksack ist meines Erachtens von guter Qualität. Habe ihn bisher zu einigen tagestouren benutzt. Keine Abnutzung erkennbar. Bin wirklich zufrieden. Öffnen und schließen ist klein wenig fummelig, aber das weiß man ja bevor man sich einen Rucksack im alten Design zulegt. Die lederriemen des Deckels muss man aber nicht unbedingt ständig verschließen, da das Seil welches den Rucksack unter dem Deckel mittels Ösen verschließt und mit einem Lederstopper fixiert wird schon recht gut verschließt und Meißt ausreicht.Die Verarbeitung im Detail überzeugt mich und der schwere g1000 Stoff macht einen recht langlebigen Eindruck. Man spürt das man keinen minderwertigen „Ramsch“ benutzt. Nicht ganz billig aber dafür auch aus meiner Sicht etwas für lange Zeit. Mir gefällt dieser Rucksack gut auch aus Gründen des rustikalen und abenteuerlichen Designs. Ob einem das Geld wert ist muss jeder für sich entscheiden. Mir persönlich Ja.
