So good!
I can honestly say I have noticed a difference in the way I feel and an improvement in my energy levels and sleep since taking these vitamins. My mum was intrigued and started taking them too and she has also seen an improvement in her overall health and wellbeing. I couldn't imagine life without the now.

comprehensive multivitamin and -mineral
This is a comprehensive multivitamin and -mineral. To me it seems more effective than many other brands I've tried over the years. This may well have to do with my overall health situation; I have fibromyalgia and a lot of the vitamins and minerals that are particularly helpful for fibromyalgia are included here. The pills seem to have gotten a little smaller over the years.

On buying this product I could not see the ingredients list. It seems a good product, but unfortunately I can't take it as it contains iodine.

Good quality
I'm really pleased with this. I'm a fan of Patrick Holford but was wary of paying over the odds. However, the dose in these is really good and I am feeling the benefit after only a month of taking them. I'll be ordering again.

In my opinion this Patrick Holford nutrition tablet is the most worthwhile on the market.

Wouldn't buy them again- pills too big and nasty flavour repeats
I'm sure that these are packed with the all the nutrients that they say but the pills are way too big to swallow easily with liquids or food and their unpleasant flavour repeats for hours afterwards despite being very careful not to take them on an empty stomach. I haven't taken one for ages now and expect that they will get given away or thrown out. A shame as they are expensive.
