Good size
Good size and shape and retains heat well it says to heat for 1.5 mins but 2 mins 20 seconds is the time needed

Great but slightly underwhelming
Was hoping the lavender smell would be more ‘lavendery’ but it’s very mild and barely there. Shape is nice though and holds the heat nicely.

Love this it’s nice and long!and soft. It does need longer than the recommended heat time though because it’s bigger than normal heat packs.

Delighted with this product. Holds heat well, very comfortable fabric, lovely weight and dimensions to hold it gently in place: no osour issues á reported by other reviewers. Warmly recommend!

Doesn't warn up sufficiently and cools very quickly
Tried warming for 2 mins as the product states (and not to overheat) but this is at best "lukewarm warm" and cools down to room temperature within 15 minutes Also, the lavender smell is so strong that it's giving me a headache and makes the room I'm in smell of lavender for ours. Mild smell is fine but I don't want to feel like I'm in the middle of a lavender field for hours :( Watch out as this product is also non-returnable. Another reason for the 1 star

Not hot enough.
Does not get hot enough. Also, a bit of a faff heating accompanied by 1/2 a cup of water! Not great.

Large, soft wheat bag
This is quite heavy but very comfortable lying across my tummy in bed. Love the lavender smell and the softness of the material. Prefer it to my old microwave wheat bags.
