I bought this due to the reputation of Chefman, payed a hefty price, assuming it was high quality. It is built well, but out of the case after charging it up, it does not work. And to top it off, there is no customer service for troubleshooting in the literature or online. I could call, but who would I talk to, if anyone…anyone who speaks understandable English.? It is made in China and most products made there are suspect. So, whatever you buy: BE SURE WHEN IT ARRIVES, TAKE IT OUT IMMEDIATELY AND MAKE SURE IT WORKS. There is a return policy, but for ONLY 30 days. A costly lesson learned. I have an update: I contacted Chefman, explained the situation. They needed additional info which I supplied and they replaced the device.So, as I previously said, be sure to immediately check out your purchase and if there is a problem, contact the manufacturer asap. Chefman stands behind their product. They did this time and I want to give them a ‘shout-out’ for excellence customer service.

I bought this item to make a Tomato Bisque It took overnight to fully charge.... . I used it once, it worked ok. cleaned it up put it away. When I went to use it again it took 2 days to charge and then wouldn't power up. Literally daed after one use ! I spoke with Chefman. They pretty much said sorry out of warranty but we will give you 50% off a new one. To which I responded why would I spend more money for a product that doesn't work ! Lame product Lame customer service Buyers beware

I’ve used it a few times. I’m impressed with the ease and power. The battery won’t last long before needing another charge though. I have had enough battery to finish everything I need and I recharge it before I put it away.,

I love to cook, and make lots of sauces and soups so why did it take me so long to get an infusion blender? I don't know, but this one is so wonderful and truly has changed my cooking life. It is easy to use (though if you have any issues with your hands such as arthritis or difficulty gripping, it may not be your jam because you need to grip the top of blender stem firmly to engage both buttons to make it work) and blends everything thoroughly in seconds. Super easy to clean and comes in a protective plastic case that you store it in--perfect! I give it 5 stars overall.

I haven't found the right amount of pressure to the power button to make it really a variable speed, but it does work really well relative to power and holding a charge well (so far). I used it to blend pineapple pulp into a nice frothy juice and it did a great job with just a few pieces of pulp that didn't blend because they were stuck to the blades. Not having to deal with managing a cord while using this immersion blender was super convenient and felt much safer to me. The storage box helps me keep all the parts and pieces neatly together. Four stars (instead of five) is only because of the variable speed trigger not being easier to use.

I’m giving five stars for a great value of exactly what you need performance wise and the features you want together. It’s cordless, it’s rechargeable, it has a guard for pots and pans, and it works. Do I wish it had more power and worked like a corded. Sure, but it’s cordless, it’s rechargeable and it does what you need.

Would give zero if I could, does not charge, light just flashes red and blue rapidly and doesn’t actually charge. I have ordered this item more than once and all of them do this. Horrible. Dont waste your money.

I didn't know what I was missing. This is my first immersion blender. I can't believe how good a job it does. I use it all the time to chop up meat and other tough items. The ingredients always come out smooth. No mess either. Great battery life. The blade comes with a plastic guard that protects the mixing bowl or pan. If mine broke, I would buy it again immediately.

LED was a faint red and no matter how long it was charged it never got past a red LED. Got a small spin of the blades for about a second, has never worked more than that.

Handy and powerful. Great for making smoothies. Got this for fruit smoothies and in less than a minute, it’s done! Such a space-saver compared to traditional blenders and juicers. The cordless feature is also a blessing so you fan use it without worrying about the length of the power cord or outlet locations

Great product and lasts forever on a single charge. Exceptionally good.

Can’t use it . Won’t charge battery faulty need refund can’t get any help on return or phoning very disappointing service. I’m on my second one now won’t charge after 3 weeks of use .

Works fine for soup not great for whipped cream
