Do I need to buy anything else with this product?

I've had mine for a couple months now and I love it, but so far all I've had to buy is the vinyl and whatever you want to put it on. Nothing for the heat press itself.

Can the cap press only be used on the bill?

It can be used anywhere on any thing that will form fit to it and can take the heat.

Can this machine work on wine glass or any glass object ?

I believe it comes with a mug & plate attachment. You can use that for mugs, cups, tumblers & plates. Never done wine glasses. Clear glass is too fragile to press, glass will shatter if too hot.
