Does the job with comfort!
Great gloves. Nice and thick but not too thick that you can’t bend your hand to grip the oven tray. They are coated with silicone so you can grip the tray without it slipping. They can be worn any way around on any hand.

At last a decent oven glove!
These oven gloves have essentially replaced 3 other sets that we had tried and never liked, the others were either too rigid or not insulated good enough etc. In fact these gloves have replaced an ancient pair that my better half cherished for years and years :-)They are well insulated but soft enough to contour round what you are trying to hold and the silicone does help with the grip of baking trays etc.

Easily to use, wash and wear. Lovely quality product. Good gift.
Lovely pair of gloves with good comfy padding, due to my partner dipping one of them into the bottom of the roasting tray we had to wash one. It washed brilliantly and was easy to clean with no trace of the incident ^_^.The lattice pattern of sillicone makes it really easy to use and grip the oven trays, even with my arthritis. The pot holders are a lovely quality in addition to the gloves. These would be an excellent gift for someone starting a new home, or even a student.

The recipient was very pleased with them
These were purchased as a Christmas gift to replace some aging and very burnt gloves. The recipient was very pleased with them, especially as the colour was a perfect bright green but also because the gloves have a heat-resistant coating which is also grippy which makes getting hot pans in and out of the oven much easier but also safer than before. The price is great especially given the high quality material used.Unlike some gloves these are also flexible right from opening the packaging which makes them safe to use from the start. If buying as a gift the gloves come in some attractive, zip-lock packaging which keeps them clean ready for use - you could even choose to store them in this packaging if wished.Overall I would highly recommend this product.

HOT TIP.
Excellent quality, Excellent price, and easy to wear, giving confidence with regard to the non slip and also excellent heat resistance.Used last night for the first time, temperature 200c, for the first time for a long time I was able to hold the roasting tin instead of putting it down quickly. Much more confident and looking forward to the xmas cooking..

BURNT MY HAND - RUBBISH
I have no idea why this has good (fake?) reviews. When I saw the oven gloves in hand I did wonder if they were any good, as they seemed thin to me. But because of the good reviews, I thought they must be good. WRONG. I have badly burnt my hand using the glove. I was removing a dish with a handle and the whole thing smashed because I got burnt the second I tried to lift the pan out the oven - I was holding it for a second at most. Don't trust the reviews.

Good value for money
Does the trick and definitely better than any cloth-only oven gloves I've had. The silicone lining is really useful for heat resistance, though it is much thinner and more spread out than I had expected, so heat does still come through the cloth parts of the glove. There are many silicone-only gloves out there though so if you're looking purely for heat-resistance, I'd go with a silicone or rubber glove. However, this glove is stylish and softer (more comfortable), so it compromises on heat resistance but still not enough for me to ever worry about my hands or have to 'rush' to get the tray out of the oven and put it down. Really love the product and purchased at a great price!

Good, but not without issues
I ordered a black pair of these a) to match the oven (stainless steel/black) and b) because my existing oven gloves were a bit disgusting due to the tips occasionally, but repeatedly coming into contact with food. They deserved to be retired/thrown away.Packaging and delivery – both good. Manufacture, maybe a 4/5 for as is so often the case lately with sewn items from China, the quality is not quite what it used to be, I know I should not generalise, but it is what I have experienced over the last two years with any type of clothing especially seams and zips – almost as if time takes precedence over quality, within the factory. When these arrived, I tried them on and wrapped my hands around a recently boiled stainless-steel kettle. Hands got a little warm, but that’s all. They could have been made/sewn a little better, but they work. The only other issue worthy of note is that they are quite small. I can put them on and use them, but ideally would prefer a pair that fit properly. They should be fine for anyone with small or medium sized hands. They do look quite good and they have a hanging loop tacked into the end of seam.I note that some reviewers have said they burnt themselves whilst using these, I can only assume the pairs you received escaped the manufacturer’s quality control so be sure to seek refunds.
