I needed a replacement roasting rack. Not only is it very easy to clean due to its non stick nature, it also keeps the meat up high so the dish below is able to be used without potatoes sticking to the underside

Great rack and did its job perfectly will certainly be reusing it.

Non stick coating was beginning to chip & flake off after only a couple of uses, it has since gone to be recycled.It looks like a poor quality non stick coating is used together with very little surface preparation and cleaning prior to the final coating being applied this is not helped by several areas of welding spatter on the bars from the spot weld production process itself.Why I chose another non stick coated rack is beyond me especially when I was looking for a stainless steel one, suppose you get what you pay for.As regards the effectiveness of the non stick coating it’s there but it’s not magical and no better than a seasoned non-coated steel surface.Look elsewhere, ps the expensive well known French one is also just as bad it’s coating was also flaking away after minimal use.

The trivet is a good design and fits well in my medium sized roasting trays. It’s also a good shape to hold meat securely well above the sides of trays. The handles at the ends don’t get in the way and makes it easy to lift the trivet. I was initially very pleased with the purchase.However, after only a few uses and being cleaned in my dishwasher, the non stick coating is flaking off. It is so bad that at last use I thought it must be a very old trivet that I bought years ago and wondered where I had put my new one, purchased only 4 months ago. Unfortunately, on investigation this IS the new one.

This rack does not fold to fit in various size roasting pans. That is a big disadvantage. Putting a whole chicken on it means I cannot roast anything else in my relatively small oven.

Fa il suo, forse lo smalto si è già un po' rovinato vicino a un paio di saldature e ora tende ad incrostarsi in quei punti, ma nel complesso sono abbastanza soddisfatto dei risultati con questa griglia. Unica nota, dalla foto mi sarei aspettato che le maniglie fossero più alte delle "gambe", e sarebbe un po' meglio se le maniglie spiccassero più alte del cibo (in ottica cartoccio ad esempio) mentre è il contrario. Ma comunque ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo quando l'ho presa.
