Great product. Easy to setup. Very good image quality. Wish I had opted for poe variant as had set as wifi initially however had issues with qaulity due to interference with too many wifi device. This wifi model has option for wired but no poe so was still able to use. Would definitely recommend but check if wifi is suitable otherwise opt for poe variant. Solid product.

Brilliant, heavy and difficult to hold with one hand while trying to get the screws in while leaving out of the window. Absolutely easy, if you follow the instructions to set up while indoors. So far works brilliantly, the tracking feature is spot on and the quality of picture is great even at night. Just hope it keeps working.

Having used this brand for internal cameras that have performed extremely well, I needed a quality external camera withbthe capability of IR and motion sensors. I can't fault this system. Putting aside the initial cost (178.00)ish the recorded picture quality and ease of set up far exceeded my expectations. Having already used the app for previous installation adding the new camera was a doddle. The only issue I have noticed was there are occasionally recording dead spots from around midnight to around 4am..which may possibly have something to do with running cheaper electricity at night, which is interfering with the router and wireless signal. I'm no specialist but I can't think of any other logical answer. Overall a perfect camera for my needs.

I decided to buy one of these as the reviews were very good and Amazon were doing a great deal on them @ £131. Arrived yesterday and the first thing that stood out was how well presented the packaging was, the box was amazing quality, this was a very good start for me. In the box was everything you needed and more. Including an extension for the power and an Ethernet cable which you apparently needed to complete the setup. I’m not sure if I did need it but I plugged it into my router as was advised as part of the setup. The install couldn’t have been easier and connection to my 5ghz network was straightforward. When i first run the Reolink App/ software I thought the quality wasn’t as good as I’d hoped, this was soon rectified when I changed to the highest 4k resolution and the highest on camera zoom in. Now I’m very impressed, absolutely fantastic quality right to the end of my road both ways. There is a fair bit to do to get the best out of this camera as it is quite advanced, but it all appears to be in the Reolink App, but it’s all good fun, it just needs time to get the best out of it. I have it mounted high on my property and my whole front garden is very well covered day and night. Pitch black outside and with the infa red it’s like daylight. When you have it set to colour, again incredibly good. Well i’m so impressed with this camera that I’ve bought a second one for the rear of my house and as it’s being sold at £131 I thought I’d snap up a bargain before it’s back to the full price. Really I would highly recommend this camera, if you register it, Reolink will give you 2 years 6 months warranty As I said there are lots of settings and to get the best out of it you will have to play with it, but it’s all easy to do in the app, but one last thing worth doing straight away is find the bit that controls the PTZ, movement of the camera and stick in a load of camera positions, this way when you click on the positions you’ve saved the camera moves to that position really quick. I love this product and so far I would say if you are looking for a decent well made fully featured security camera at a bargain price then this is it without any question 100%. These have replaced some eufy cameras that did not sit well with my home WiFi. I find this camera fast to respond the app while I am away from home and work really well with Home Assistant and can be used to turn lights on within Home Assistant. I have since replaced all my cameras with Reolink

Seems to be a fairly good cctv camera with pan and tilt with zoom. The app is good and it integrates pretty well with Home Assistant. It would have been a 5 star review but for one thing and this is a major one that has made it unusable for the purpose I bought it for. The position I want to put it in unfortunately overlooks my neighbours. Not a problem, I thought as it has the ability to blank out an area one the camera so I’ll be able to show him I can’t see into his garden, however the blank out functionality is badly thought out for pan, tilt, zoom cameras as its fixed on the camera and does not take into account the panning. What is the point of blanking out say the left hand side of the image if I can rotate the camera and then see the very area I blanked out. All that does is make part of the camera not usable. They should disable it as functionality for the PTZ cameras and not sell it with the functionality as a feature because it’s completely useless unless they can take account of the angle of the pan and interactively move the blanking area when the camera is panned. So it’s going to go in my back garden now, which is fine but not the reason why I bought it. Now waiting for the zoomable fixed vandal proof dome camera wifi version that is going to be released shortly.

AVOID. I noted it was frequently returned, but thought I would try anyway as fairly computer literate. Well set it up with no problem, camera works, tracks, good picture, but will not play back and now does not record. Tried everything, updated, new SD card, spent ages on chat to support but got nowhere, in fact during call to support lost all previous recordings! A lot of instructions from support did not apply to my camera or work eg no menu or items not in that menu but elsewhere! Liked camera and features, but if it does not record/play back no point buying. I also note others have had this problem.

Die Reolink-Kamera ist bei mir bereits seit längerer Zeit im Einsatz und funktioniert nach wie vor einwandfrei. Bisher gab es keinerlei Ausfälle oder Probleme. Die Bildqualität ist sowohl tagsüber als auch nachts sehr gut, und alle Funktionen arbeiten zuverlässig. Die Einrichtung war einfach und die App ist übersichtlich und leicht zu bedienen. Bewegungsmeldungen, Live-Ansicht und Aufzeichnungen funktionieren zuverlässig. Insgesamt bin ich mit der Kamera sehr zufrieden und kann sie aufgrund ihrer stabilen und zuverlässigen Leistung uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen.

***Aggiornamento ad agosto 2024 Perfetta mai un problema. Prodotto affidabile e valido, uno dei migliori prodotti con un'ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo. Acquistata a novembre 2022, ho potuto testarla sotto tanti aspetti, dopo numerose altre telecamera ptz da me avute. Ottimo lo zoom ottico 6X Questa telecamera è gestibile praticamente con quasi ogni sistema operativo, possiede app di controllo, per PC, per MAC, per iOS e Android. Questo prodotto in particolare è stato da me scelto soprattutto per le caratteristiche e per la compatibilità con il NAS Synology, può comunque essere usata con altri dvr e nas. Le personalizzazioni sono tantissime e consentono di avere il sistema tarato per le proprie necessità. Il sistema con doppio obbiettivo consente due differenti inquadrature, possiamo attivare l'autotracking di persone, auto e animali, in due differenti modalità: una con il grandangolo che segue gli obbiettivi che compaiono sull'immagine panoramica la seconda invece consente oltre uno zoom ottico fino a 6X anche di fare l'autotracking di persone o oggetti in movimento, la qualità della immagini consente di fare tranquillamente la lettura di una targa auto fino a circa 30 mt di distanza. Capita di avere falsi allarmi nella rilevazione del movimento se si usa la app Reolink, usando il sistema di rilevamento del Synology ho eliminato questo problema, in ogni caso è una questione di taratura fine del sistema di rilevamento che può essere fatta tramite le impostazioni della telecamera, dedicandoci un pò di tempo. La registrazione in 4K con 20 fps e bitrate a 4 mbps in H265, occupa circa 1 GB ogni 60 minuti di registrazione. La telecamera consente di impostare gli fps da 2 fino a 25, il bitrate massimo in modalità 4K da 4 Mbps fino a 8 Mbps la risoluzione fino a 3840 x 2160 oppure in HD a 1080P Può registrare anche l'audio, ha un altoparlante e sirena. Faretto notturno configurabile. Visione notturna a infrarossi. Nel video allegato, potete vedere la risoluzione della telecamera e le capacità del suo zoom, rilevando a una distanza di quasi 50 mt con una visione assolutamente valida, impostata a 15 fps e 8 mbps in 4K. Chiaramente nella normalità la telecamera non ha bisogno di rilevare cosi lontano, in quanto inquadra il mio cortile e l'ingresso che si trovano entro 10 mt. Ma volevo farvi vedere le capacità di questa telecamera quali erano. Possiamo impostare un indirizzo IP statico o dinamico a seconda delle necessità. Data e ora si aggiornano automaticamente grazie al servizio NTP di sincronizzazione. Si possono impostare zone di non rilevamento, dimensioni minime di rilevamento degli oggetti Sia la app che la telecamera sono soggetti ad aggiornamento periodico del firmware (che troviamo facilmente sul sito Reolink) Possiamo impostare la registrazione su scheda SD fino 256 GB, piuttosto che una registrazione tramite FTP, salvando i file su disco remoto, che può essere sia cloud che un NAS remoto Possiamo configurare un server mail per ricevere in tempo reale degli allarmi che avremo preconfigurato. La telecamera può essere connessa sia tramite wifi che tramite cavo Lan. Io do solito preferisco la soluzione cablata perché è in genere più stabile e meno soggetta ad interferenze, anche se non fosse possibile arrivare con il cavo lan direttamente dal router, oggi grazie alle soluzioni Power Line possiamo far viaggiare il segnale tramite l'impianto elettrico di casa, ci basta un trasmettitore che posizioniamo su una presa vicino al router, su su cui collegheremo il cavo lan, e un ricevitore vicino alla telecamera, che collegheremo a una presa li vicino (o la aggiungeremo dentro una cassetta stagna per esempio) e da li con un altro cavo pan andremo dal ricevitore alla telecamera. Ed ecco completata con semplicità la connessione cablata alla telecamera. Dovete solo avere un accorgimento, non collegate i power line su multipresa, necessitano di una presa singola dedicata, esistono power line che possono gestire fino a 3 dispositivi, il power line sul router può avere fino a 3 porte lan, che gli consente quindi di gestire tre diversi altri dispositivi che attiveremo dove necessario. I power line possono essere anche in versione wifi sulla parte terminale. Prodotto valido e spesso va in promozione Questa è la mia onesta opinione, basata sull'uso prolungato di questo prodotto e sulla mia esperienza con altri prodotti di questo genere. Un saluto WOP

From unpacking to setting up and installing one feels the high quality of the product. Excellent interface with many possible configurations (for instance for tracking and alarm). I was looking for a web based interface but could not find it. Support was quick and informed me about the need to download a Reolink client. The two lenses are an interesting idea. One lens keeps a wide angle view and is used for tracking while the other is a zoom lens and shows details. If you want to store both views on a Synology NAS you need two licenses. What I like is the speed of the pan and tilt, almost on par with professional cameras.
