Quail absolutely love it – strong, healthy layers!
I’ve tried a few different feeds for my quail, but Heygates Breeder/Layers Pellets is hands down their favourite. The birds run to the feeder every morning and have been laying consistently strong-shelled eggs since we made the switch. No waste, no fuss. 20kg goes a long way, and the quality is brilliant. Will definitely be buying again – happy quails, happy keeper!

Good Quality Quail Food
It's good quality quail food, although they find it a little boring. They're fine with it, although it's nice to mix it with some bird seed, and treat them to some mealworms occasionally. Go for a seed mix that has lots of sunflower seed hearts and red dari, with less wheat and whole sunflower seeds.

Birds love it
Been struggling to get hold of any decent quail feed for a while after last buying, so delighted to find a big sack of Heygates here. My small flock love it and already seem to be doing much better on it compared to the previous feed they were on. Small pellets are very manageable even for my smallest hen, and with the protein content they seem to eat much less compared to the standard pellets, so great value for money.
