Heavy gauge tin
Excellent for yorkshire puddings as the tin retains the heat, great for muffins etc

Feels like an good heavy duty tray
This is a first impressions review. The problem with reviewing bakeware like this is that how it performs on the first use may be different to how it performs on the 50th. There are trays half the price but they will be very lightweight. Now, my primary usage is Yorkshire puddings and the heavier the tray the better. I have found the cheap, light ones to be a false economy as they will last no more than 20-25 uses before they lose their non-stick capability and the coating comes off on your food. Once a tray starts to stick then they end up getting scratched removing food and cleaning them (unless you are very patient) which in turn means it will stick more. It is a downward spiral. This is a good weight (470g) compared with my cheap thin one at 195g. I think it is a case of 'you get what you pay for'. This costs about twice that of the lightweight one but I suspect will last more than twice as long.

An ok tin
This was one of 3 tins bought for comparison. Although it was much cheaper,it as still proved good value and gets used quite often.

Good quality, sturdy tin!
I decided on ordering this tin as needed something a little smaller than a 12 hole tray for making yorkshire puddings in - and I'm glad I settled on this tray. I looked at a cheaper one but the reviews swayed me to paying a bit more, and I'm glad I did. This tray is really good quality and very sturdy. It helped me make the best gluten free yorkshire puddings! And it just wiped clean afterwards too!

Stand to attention with no stickiness.
Sturdy and robust tray which i am using to make Yorkshire puddings. The batter slips in nicely and when baked in the oven rises to attention ready for you to take out with no stickiness and thrust into your mouth.Overall a nice product.

It pays to buy best you can afford
I have bought many baking utensils over the years. Probably now getting on for sixty years, and can honestly say this tin is the best quality I have ever purchased - it will see me out and probably my daughter as well!

Substantial
My 12 item tray takes up too much space for when I make yorkshire puddings as I usually don't need more than 4 or 5. This is well-built and good value.
