Which adaptor should i buy if i want to pump directly from a spectra synergy gold pump directly into these dr. brown wide neck bottles?

We do not have an adapter that is compatible with the Spectra pump.

Can you use these without the green vent inside?

The options+ bottles have the green venting system (green reservoir and green vent insert). These bottles can be used with or without the venting system. We only recommend taking the venting system out when the baby no longer has any gas or feeding issues.
