I order this and it was defective and stopped working. The company sent me a new one right away and I could not be happier. The team at Rocyis does care and emailed me right away. Thank you Rocyis it means a lot when a company shows integrity and cares about there customers.

I was very excited about this frother but it turned out a disappointment. The first one malfunctioned after a few uses (I was able to return it). The second one work great at first but like the first, malfunctioned the same. It seems to produce great, dense milk foam at first but after several uses there is little to no froth after a full cycle regardless of what milk is being used (whole or oat milk).PRO- good foam, AT FIRST- easy to use with only 4 settings- quietCON- starts to malfunction after a short while- no to little froth- 2 of the same products malfunctioned the same

This worked great for me for about 4 months. Now when I turn it on to froth warm milk for my latter, it either never shuts off and burns the milk or it just froths it and makes it colder (on the same setting). Disappointed this didn't last longer!

I purchased this product in April and it broke almost exactly 2 months later. I would have preferred to contact the seller directly about a replacement (as opposed to leaving a bad review) but unfortunately I cannot find a way to do that because the return window has closed. Until the time when it broke I would have left a good review because it works well and has a larger capacity than other frothers I have used. Maybe the seller will contact me so I can change this review?! we will see….Update…the seller contacted me within 24 hours of my review and has shipped a replacement. looking forward to my thick, foamy lattes again!

I love this foamer! This makes the best cafe au latte, cold foam, and breve! It is easy to clean and is so much more simple than foaming milk with an espresso machine.

After calling Nespresso to get a discount on a replacement Aerocchino machine, it was still at $79 thru them. Read reviews on this machine and decided to give it a try. What a great surprise and delight this has been. I use it everyday and it does what the brochure says it does. Froth for cappuccino is light but thick and holds up like whipped cream. Heats milk for latte perfectly with hardly any foam (which is perfect) and easy to choose the other options too. I highly recommend this purchase.

The item worked fine, however, after three months is stopped working. Amazon will not accept a replacement. I should have sticked with my personal policy of buying anything electronic at COSTCO or Sams Club. They have better warranties timelines on electronics.

I just wish it got a little hotter

Bought 2 of these as Christmas presents. One of them the writing on the inside where it shows minimum/maximum is worn off compared to the top of the insert…as well as having stain marks on the inside which means it was previously used. Disgusting.

love it, it is soo easy to use,

I find that it takes way too long for it to heat up a drink.I have friends who have other steamers which are way faster in the heating process.
