I’m a beginner tattoo artist, and this Dragonhawk wireless kit has been amazing for getting started. The pen feels lightweight and comfortable to hold, which makes it really easy to control for line work and shading. It runs quietly and smoothly, and the wireless setup with two batteries is a huge plus, I can work without cords getting in the way. The kit came with everything I needed to start practicing right away, and the batteries last a good amount of time before needing a charge. The motor is strong but not too intimidating for beginners, and it gives consistent power for clean lines. If you’re new to tattooing and want something affordable but reliable, this is a great kit to learn and grow with. I’m honestly impressed with the quality for the price it’s definitely worth it!

Have used this to get into tattooing and has proven to be a solid machine! I have used it about 14 months now and haven't had 1 complaint at all! Battery is still going strong I get a solid 4 hours of tattooing out of it, the machine itself is awesome. Only being my first one i have nothing to compare it too but for everything I've done with its great!

Purchased for my daughter as her first tattoo gun. She is very happy with it and creating beautiful tattoos. This is the perfect tattoo gun for beginners.

I’ve been teaching myself to tattoo with this machine and it is so easy to learn on! And in a matter of 2 almost 3 months, I went from drawing shakey smiley faces to this! Granted I had some experience with stick and pokes. I definitely recommend this as a starter machine, but you’ll probably want to upgrade once you get serious about it. Comfortable to grip and easy set up. However the machine itself is a little finicky. It has issues with ink pooling out when u first fill the needle. And it also has occasional issues of not properly releasing the ink. It will be on, ink well filled and it won’t tattoo. But I’ve read it could be a power issue. Other than that it’s a great machine. Inks are great, other than a few being slightly clumpy. But I added isopropyl alcohol to thin it out! Other than that, everything works great. I recommend getting extra needles though!

Bought in March and still works good. Great deal for beginners long lasting batteries nice needles. Two settings slow pockadot shade and for lining.👍🏼👍🏼

really good, holds battery charge for a while. very sleek and comfortable on my hand even without wrap. only downside is the battery doesnt seem to connect all the way to the gun so occasionally i have to adjust that.

(This review is completely about the machine itself and not the kit. The needles it comes with aren’t great and I would only ever use them on fake skin, I also don’t trust the ink to be safe for professional use) I’m an apprentice and this was my first machine (bought as a gift from my very supportive foster mom) and it’s been wonderful. I’ve been using it for a couple months now and it’s definitely a machine I would recommend for other apprentices as a first machine, or anyone looking to do linework tattoos on themselves. The pros: Low vibration (less painful than a harder hitting machine), creates clean lines, lightweight, affordable, professional quality, grip is autoclave friendly, you can attach pen-cartridges for practice on paper, and the machine is very slim - it fits in machine gloves with extra room (easy to keep sanitary and you can adjust your needle length easily while gloved) The cons: Not great for true shading - but good for stippling, battery doesn’t last long (maybe 4 hours max), buttons are a little flimsy on battery and tend to get stuck, and the voltage has a very small range compared to other Dragonhawk and Mast batteries. Over all I highly recommend this machine to beginners looking to start an apprenticeship or for self use! But again please keep in mind that in my personal opinion you shouldn’t use the ink or cartridges from this kit on human skin!!! Always buy ink and cartridges from professional brands that specialize in making them!

the battery stopped working after one use, dont buy.

Please read to understand why I gave it 3 stars. This review is on product “ Dragonhawk Practice Tattoo Kit Wireless Rotary Tattoo Machine Pen Gun with to wireless batteries”. I was going to give it 1-2 stars as it is the second time we try to buy a product from this company ARTATTOOC which sales the Dragonhawk tattoo machines. On both occasions they sent the wrong product. In this case which as a pen with 2 wireless batteries, it actually came with one battery and a cord to connect o a pc power supply which obviously didn’t came we cause it shouldn’t. So Im missing an extra battery. And the previous time I ordered a machine with them too, I also received a pen but without batteries, and had to return it. And I want to clarify that Amazon did made the refund without a problem, no complains on that. In this occasion I just decided to leave it like this and keep the tattoo machine. Now these are the reason why I gave it 3 stars. From a beginner, the machine feels sturdy, battery fits well and doesn’t shake. It worked perfectly well and I was able to use it without a problem. It doesn’t come with lots of supplies but you should understand that what they give you is more for you to test it and make sure it’s working rather than jumping into tattooing right away. Which feels the right thing, we should get proper supplies to do so. It isn’t that noisy as I have read, unless you take it up to 12v obviously. I didn’t noticed scratches or signs that it was previously used. Everything came well packaged and sealed. The only downside was to received twice the wrong or incomplete product based on what they are offering you. And yes, the product description mentioned that it came with 2 batteries. If it wasn’t because of this I will give it a 4-5 star and would take my time to make a review after a few months of use. If you buy it I feel you won’t feel disappointed with the quality as it looks pretty good, but hope it comes with everything is mentioned in the description.

I was extremely excited to get this item due to the perceived value I was getting. As the title of the item describes it comes with two external batteries. This was not the case as it only came with one. I feel like I got ripped off and cheated by the company. I can’t even find a way to get ahold of them. With regards to the item itself: it is easy to use but does not have low speed settings which is disappointing. The material feel’s quality and the battery life seems good. If the seller reads this review I would appreciate my second battery.
