I was having problems with my Netgear wifi adapter with constant disconects due to Windows 10 driver problems. So I decided to purchase this and after a couple of weeks I haven't had a single disconnect.Good speeds also and very easy to install. Highly recommend

absolutely superb & so easy to install.just plugged it into usb socket & after it found the modem, all i needed to do was put the pw in & that was it.i get full wi-fi when no one else is using it (the modem is down stairs) & 1 bar less when others are & for people wondering if its powerful enough to play mmo's, it certainly is. i still get 90+fps using this piece of kit playing wow/ffxiv.cant recommend this enough.

This is my third adapter. The other two worked for a short time, then failed. This one seems robust and is giving me much better download and upload speeds. I've made it 4 stars because it took a fortnight to arrive. It was not made clear that this item comes from overseas.

Others have written about getting this unit to work with Win 10 and initially I thought that I had a similar problem. I loaded the driver and the additional software from the small disk but although it connected to the router it did not connect to the internet. However I uninstalled the disc driver and let Windows find its own driver and after I rebooted my router the adapter worked flawlessly, as good if not better than the PCIe device that it replaced. Consistent fast speeds after I used a USB3 extension cord to take the dongle away from the back of my tower PC and above the desktop. No lags on Skype now so I am very pleased with this unit.

If you have Windows 10, forget it. The Mediatek chip that is inside this does not appear to have stable drivers or software for Win 10. I, like others, experienced constant issues of Window losing connection with the device and ping spikes which is not ideal for gaming. I have returned this in exchange for an Asus AC68 which so far is working flawlessly.

I am on Windows 10 and I plugged it in and Windows itself found the driver. I then tried to install the driver and utility on the disk but then it did not work. I went onto the manufacturers web site, downloaded the updated file and it worked fine.No other problems and it gives great range and speed. Other than the small glitch an excellent WIFI adaptor.

It took some time to correct configure this bitch but now its working fine(I still have to mannualy configure the router and this adpter).- I had to manually setup the connection to the correct bandwidth and frequency using "advance" connection configuration to achieve 5GHz and 867Mbs connection's speed.- I also had to change routers/AP configuration to work with AC connections( pre configured to normal 2.4GHz frequency).Its not a adapter for begginers(you will have to change routers and manually setup the device to work at its best, good luck) but worth the money.

Hence it was returned.

Usb wifi wireless it is small to get wifi internet from home and eveywhere that provide wifi internet.It's fast , I realy like it from now and in the future..and about that I dislike... Nothing to tell you yet!!!Thank for your product.. Good and easy to used , Just one plug in..

I recently converted my garage to an office. The wifi adapter that I had could not pick up the signal from the house which is about 100 feet away. Setting up the Net-Dyn AC1200 has enabled satisfactory internet connection for my needs. What I would say is that it's not exactly "plug & play", I had to do a fair amount of fiddling around and updating the drivers etc for Windows 10 before I could get it to work. Now it's working and I'm happy enough. The package was not sent with tracking so quite surprising that I received it in Spain as a lot of untracked parcels go "missing".

Possiedo da ormai quasi due anni un ottimo portatile Asus la cui scheda wireless, però, non riceve il segnale 5Ghz.Questa penna WiFi mi ha permesso di connettermi alla connessione fibra ricevendo il massimo del segnale anche a distanze elevate.Se dovete comprare un prodotto di questo genere prendete questa e non ve ne pentirete!!!Unica nota (che non per forza costituisce un problema): la penna è piuttosto grande, cosa facilmente ovviabile acquistando una prolunga usb da pochi euro!

El usb me llegó rapidamente y da un aspecto rebusto.Al conectarlo por primera vez compruebo que es muy potente y descargo por Steam a 37 Mbps lo cual es la primera vez que hago en mi vida, pero al rato compruebo que siempre que descargo durante un minuto o dos a esa velocidad ( solo cuando descargo, no cuando hago otros usos de la red) el usb se calienta bastante y pierde la conexión, y tengo que desconectarlo del puerto usb y volver a conectarlo para poder seguir descargando. Tengo los drivers actualizados y no se como solucionar este problema, ya que no se trata de mi red porque hay mas gente usandola con adaptadores parecidos y no les ocurre...-------------The usb came quickly and gives me a cool look.When I connect it for the first time I find that it is very powerful and I download by Steam at 37 Mbps which is the first time I do in my life, but after a while I check that whenever I download for a minute or two at that speed (only when I download, not when I do other network applications) the usb gets very hot and loses the connection, and I have to disconnect it from the usb port and reconnect it to be able to continue downloading. I have the drivers updated and I do not know how to solve this problem, since it is not about my network because there are more people using it with similar adapters and it does not happen to them ...
