Something anyone should have in their tools
If you're like me and have a bit of OCD in regards to the panel clips on your car this should be something you definitely need and I'll cover some points why. But first I'll explain why I needed this and how good the clips are.For anyone with a used car, you never know how the car was repaired with in the past. In my case when I needed to remove the underside splash guard to look at my radiator and motor mounts I realized that whoever had it off at one point simply looped in zip ties. Some were gone and the guard had some scrapes on it and a crack which you can see in the 2nd picture. Aside from not wanting the guard rattling, the guard is also important for aerodynamics, keeping the elements away from important parts, and directing air towards the radiator and Air Conditioner condenser. So I bought this to repair it.In the last picture those are the pins GM uses for my application. Those are the pins I was missing. Rather than buy those I figured might as well get a assortment of the. The one I specifically used were the ones in the third picture. The GM one is definitely longer, but the shorter one flared out much more when the pin was pushed in. Both are 6.3mm in diameter and they fit perfectly. I gave a good tug after putting them in the missing spots and now the underside splash guard is solid like a rock. Now I don't have to worry about the guard randomly decided to come off or rattle around. The retainer pins feel solid. Now it's fully functional again and no missing hardware. One more point I'd like to mention. If you take your car to a mechanic expect them to sometimes break these pins and they'll not bother with replacing them. Over the years I've noticed this has become more common (and it's happened to me before) so I'd buy these as a just in case item too. Last thing you need is to get back your repaired car and have a body trim dangle or outright come off. Take a little precaution and get these. Keep them in the trunk or glove box. They'll come in handy. I recommend them.

Great value, could be better !
I never let my shop run out of these little clips, there is always a use for them.I work on my cars all the time and without these little clips, I will have to use screws which I really don't prefer. The quality isn't bad, but could get better, especially for the inserts, they can break easily if they are fitted tightly, you gotta make sure you are taking them carefully if you are planning to reuse the same clip.Overall good.

Sorting suggestion to make future use easier
Pros: good selection, the ad listing has good specific details (including dimensions).Cons: the item count wasn't accurate; I received more of some, and less of others. All told, I did receive a total of 102 pieces (correct).Recommendation: I re-sorted the box to make future use easier. Because a lot of these look quite similar, in both style and diameter, I first re-sorted everything. Then I placed similar items at opposite sides of the box. You should end up with a short item adjacent next to a long item, and similarly a large diameter next to a small diameter. This should make future selection easier. This technique works better with many similar items, e.g. a box of screws, all the same diameter, just different lengths; so you'd put the shortest screw next to the longest, then flip flop back and fourth.Pictures: The attached pics show the final sorted configuration. One of the larger ones that has over 20 pieces will not fit into a single compartment, so I put the extras in a plastic ziplock bag, then placed them under the item that had only 10 items (or you could store them outside the box). And of course as you use them up, this becomes less of a problem.
