Just buy it!

Love, love, love this! Got caught in a torrential downpour (after also sweating all day at the fair in 90° heat where most of my makeup melted right off my face) and this stayed put! It didn't run at all. My teen was jealous because her waterproof lash princess did not survive the rain.

Cheap for a reason
