I'm really pleased with my purchase of my Milwaukee 3453-20 12v 1/4" Cordless Hex Impact Driver. Right away I noticed that it has more power than my other brand name 20v cordless Impact Driver. I already have 4 other Milwaukee 12v tools, but this is my first 12v fuel tool. I used it right away to mend a fence using 3" screws and they went in nice and easy and quick. The handle fits my hand nicely and the size of it is compact making easier to tote around. One feature I like is that it has 3 lights around the head of the driver surrounding the bit making it easier to see your work. Some drills have a light coming up from the handle and for me it gets in the way sometimes casting a shadow on the area I'm working on. This is one of those tools that you can rely on. I felt the price was just right, I wouldn't try and go cheap buying something that is not going to cause you problems down the road. If you're on the fence about it, I would recommend this Milwaukee impact driver. Why not enjoy what your working on with something reliable.

I was skeptical about this considering how much they are at home Depot versus what this cost. I bought it and what showed up was the gun in a bag with Milwaukee directions. I needed a second one so I bought another and it was actually cheaper the second time. What actually showed up was a Milwaukee box that had signs of damage ware. Inside the box I was so happy what I received. See picture. I received a kit in a Milwaukee bag with a battery charger, two batteries and the gun which is currently $180 at my local home Depot. Both shipments everything looks brand new. No signs of use. Milwaukee warranties their tools for 5 years. You don't have to have proof of purchase. You put in the serial number on the gun and it will tell you the date it was produced. That's how they decide when the warranties starts. The first gun I got was manufactured in April of 2024. The second one was manufactured in March of 2023. It's a crap shot I guess on what you will receive but as the picture says they are selling you the gun. Honestly, I think these are Big box store returns that this company buys pallets of them and sells them. Totally worth it. Keep checking the price though the price. Fluctuates all the time.

I work in the automotive trade professionally. I use this EVERY single day. This as the title states is, fantastic. I genuinely love this tool. It is useful for putting on lug nut I can easily get them up to around 70-75 ft/lbs. This is deal for example tire rotations. since its small and light. Great for splash guards, and all sort of fastener up to around 14mm, when it comes to break away power. Its a light, compact and very powerful 1/4 impact driver especially. There are other that are very good as well, but what puts this far above all of the others is simple te M12 battery platform. It's a robust, powerful, and long lasting platform. The main benefit is the the compactness of the battery. I can ONLY say good things about this tool. It's extremely durable, ive impacted all sorts of things thats its not rated for, i've dropped it. and gotten it extremely dirty. I DO NOT ABUSE my tools I treat them with respect (most of the time... but hey the jobs gotta get done) as I feel everyone should. At the end of the day you can throw a Drive Adapter on it or a torx bit, screw driver bit or whatever and you can fit in the 1/4 drive it had and all get all sort of things quicker and easier than ever before.

Came on time and was exactly what ordered! Definitely seems to be 100% authentic. No questions there. Leds are super bright! 4 different modes. Overall happy with the purchase and shipping time. Price was definitely cheaper than the big box stores were selling just the tool only for. Happy customer! Already put a protective boot on it to keep it it nice condition!

I purchased this based on the reviews I had read and th need for a small, fast and powerful impact driver. It’s very convenient to have a small driver like this one which is light, easy to carry and powerful. I’ve used it to drive structural screws into old dense lumber while installing electrical junction boxes and attaching uni-strut to exterior walls, albeit after using a larger impact drill to go through tough stucco/wire. For normal driving the battery life works fine for me.
