Esta máquina ha mejorado mi salud física sin salir de mi casa, me evita salir a carminar bajo el sol abrasador de Florida. Cuando me duelen las piernas me siento frente a ella y subo mis pies. Cuando bajo me siento con mis piernas relajadas y sin dolor, otras veces me siento para aliviar los dolores en la espalda baja, casi nunca lo hago de pié ya que no veo resultados de ese modo. En general feliz con mi máquina.

This is quite Rejuvenating. And I feel great after a 15 minute workout on this. I have bad knees from years of hard work. And bought this mainly because I see reviews of pain relief. But it's so much more! I've stood 15 minutes and felt like I took a run outside. And now I'm doing some hand works on it too. My knee pain has subsided and I feel firmer and I feel better. And I've only used this for one week. Great product.

So I don't know whether this vibration platform actually does anything for fitness by itself... BUT I have it by my desk (I work from home and am at my desk 8+ hours a day) and so I find I use it a few times a day. I'll use it while I'm reading documents or listening to something. Once I'm on it I'll do some twists or squats - mostly I'm focused on stretching and relieving pain from sitting. I love how the vibration of the platform literally shakes out all the stiffness that comes with sitting and typing. Don't expect miracles but its a nice and easy way to get a little more motion into your day if you sit a lot.

I loved it, its easy to use and serves its purpose. Hard for me to do exercise coz of my husband is sick im stuck in the house. Although this could not be a substitute for a physical exercise but it feels like i run a mile. Highly recommend!

I purchased this a couple of months ago and I love it. I have knee pain after working out and I get on this for 15 minutes after cardio and my knee pain is not as severe. This is something I highly recommend.

This vibration plate has helped reduce my pain and swelling I had for years. I literally thank God for this! My daughter now uses it and says it has helped her feet and knees so much. She is a Cosmetologist and stands on her feet all day.

I love the product and it works well, but I didn’t get the remote that was supposed to come with it. That would’ve been great to have. It’s easy to understand, you can feel the workout in your entire body, but if I’m supposed to have a remote, send it. It would’ve been the difference between 3 and 5 stars.
