When you take it consistently, it doesn’t feel like a “quick fix” product. Instead, it works quietly over time. The idea is that it helps support a healthier balance of bacteria in both the gut and vaginal microbiome, which can be helpful if you’re prone to things like mild imbalance, recurring discomfort, or you’re just trying to maintain overall flora health. The capsules are straightforward to take and don’t usually cause any immediate side effects like bloating or discomfort. The main downside is that probiotics can feel vague in their results. This is my favourite probiotic. I find it excellent quality. I use this to help prevent utis, and it is effective. Highly recommend for menopausal women wanting to improve their microbiome.

These are by far some of the best women's probiotic I have ever taken and I can absolutely see a difference. They were recommended to me by a lady who runs a group on Facebook for women who are dealing with reoccurring bacterial vaginosis .They have the important strains , L Reuteri and L crispatus. Plus others . These can be used vaginally as well as orally. It doesn't say it on the bottle ,but you can use them that way. The capsules are small and easy to manage and do dissolve quickly when using them internally. As with anything I would talk to my doctor but myself and many others have had no problems using them both ways. And they work! I know the price point is a little bit higher than a lot but they are worth it, as they work. So if you're on the fence due to the price point just know these do work and myself and many other women have had wonderful experiences with them!

Almost immediately you feel the difference. Definitely will be getting some more when finished.

I can’t say for sure that this helped me by itself. I also started jarrows lactoferrin at the same time. However my issues were resolved in one day. I will continue to repurchase both as that combination seems miraculously effective. No taste or side effects, small pills, definitely worth the price and you get 2 months worth of pills.
