Have tried all manner of lotions n potions and oils n tinctures n gummies n o t c painkillers. For hip bursitis, degenerative disc disease etc. As well as compression wear, belts, socks etc. I'm afraid to say as yet I've found no miracle cure for pain, but this is a good all rounder, even to cooling burning feet caused by nerve damage, put on calves for restless legs etc. Oh yeah tried it all pretty much. Is so sad looking at reviews on ere, seeing so many people looking for the silver bullet/magic wand of pain relief. Everyone is wired diffently is true n what works for one might not for others. But this one as I say, as good as any n better than most, for me at least. This will not stop me from still trying to find the cure all believe me.

Great for running. Tub lasts an age.

Sad to say this is just okay. A little goes a long way which is great but it does not give the cold relief I've had with other gels. Will use during the day but will have to buy a better version for nighttime.

The odour is not as strong as some other brands but this gel seems to do the same job at a fraction of the price, overall very pleased and will buy again. This is perfectly good for general aches and sprains but isn't really up to the job if you have a long term condition, the effects wear off a little too quickly when used on arthritic joints etc

This stuff is amazing and good value for money. The tube is big too so will last a good while. Highly recommend this product.

Excellent Freeze gel which absorbs into the skin well and fast with only a little bit needed. Stays cold for longer than expected and helps the movement with my muscles and stiffness.
