Keep in mind this is a medical device, not shapewear; it is tight! I wear the suit all the time except when working out or bathing. I have been losing weight with Zepbound. As the fat cells shrink, I have become loose and flabby. The faja suit compresses my body and has greatly reduced the flabbiness even after removing the suit. I would like the arms to be tighter and there is no compression on the bra budge under my arm. I wish the legs extended below my knees to avoid forming a sausage bulge above my knee. I wear a US size 14P (38, 30, 42, 5 ft 3 in) and my first suit was a large. It fit well and did its job. After a couple of months, I no longer felt squeezed in. So, I bought a medium suit. It is a little tighter than I would like. I put up with it at home, while keeping my goal in mind. If I need to go out and be comfortable, I will wear my large suit. There are 2 layers of fabric that slide past each other to allow unrestricted movement. The crotch zipper is long enough to allow all bodily functions without removing the suit. It is the only part of the suit that does not stretch and can give a strong painful wedgie. I’m thinking about removing the zipper and replacing it with small snaps. The fabric over the breasts it thin and often leaves me cold. I place foam inserts from an old stretch bra inside the breast area of the suit and they work very well to keep my nipples warm. Put the suit on like pantyhose. If you are not sure, watch the video. It will take a day for your body and the suit to adjust to each other. Give it time. Update: I now wear size 10P (bra 36C, hips 39). After a 62 pound weight loss, I am now 2 weeks post abdominoplasty (tummy tuck) and brachioplasty (upper arm lift). I’m still swollen and my waist is 28 inches. My medium suit provides light comfortable compression, but I need to wear compression sleeves over the suit, because the medium arms are too loose. I sleep in a small suit with an ab board inside. The arm compression is sufficient in the small. I have a short torso, so the fabric bunches up at the waist. The bunching fabric digs in painfully. I seldom write reviews but I thought this faja was so outstanding I felt the need to spread the word. I bought a Colombian faja from my doc’s office and it was good. This one was great. The arm compression was double layer. The back really smoothed out my foam I have underneath. The “potty” hole is a good size. Very high quality. Hope it last. Just got it today so was sooo excited had to post. Definitely worth the money. I felt like it was true to size by the inches they say it is. I would buy this again.

This faja is great I recommend to buy a smaller size than what you regularly use. The price is great for the use you will be doing it with it. Easy to put on. And makes a great shape to your waist after and lipo and bbl.

Está faja me acompañó en mi primer mes post op, es de excelente calidad y súper cómoda, es suave por dentro y no te deja marcas ni quema. La parte de los glúteos no tiene compresión por lo que es excelente para bbl

So I've had 2 rounds of lipo 360. 1st time with a bbl and this 2nd time with just a fat trasfer to my hips. Really wanted to make sure whatever I wore didn't compress my hips. This fits snug but comes in perfectly at the top of my hip bones so the compression doesn't feel too tight on my hips. Crotch area sucks. I wish it was more stretchy like the butt fabric but I deal.

Very itchy and some wire fragments are falling off of the garment resulting in poking and piercing into the skin. Stay away from this product !!!!

Loved the fit on my bottom!.... but my torso is long trying to get it on my shoulders and hook it was awkward and very uncomfortable. The bra area was well beneath my actual breasts and armpits were very low too. I think if you are an average body type or short/petite this would be a great faja. But if you are 5'9 or taller with a long torso probably won't fit you correctly. Is sad because the but area was perfect. It fit my 60" hips & 39" thighs with amazing comfort I felt lifted and compressed without feeling completely confined. Stomach chest and arms were the problem

Best fajas ever !! They are comfortable, beautiful and true to size. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND. For post op, bbl and lipo. This is my 3rd time purchasing!
