Kadai is suitable for 2or 3 members family

Heavy steel kadai
Hi, the kadai from Sam and steel is really heavy and distribution of heat is good.i primarily use it for pakodas and deep frying and uptil now, it's just perfect.It don't get black at the bottom because of heat.it has a cover so that kadai can be covered after use.The size is ok for 2 PPL but I feel for a bigger family,the size may be small.however,I recommend it as a must have in every kitchen

It's not pure stainless steel product. Only handle is pure stainless steel.

Quality of the item
It's hammered finish is a very good feature. Weight of the product and it's death proper But it's handle and the lid as also it's Knob gets highly heated. Company may use material for handles and lid Knob which is heat proof.
