It is the best at making you sweat, however..
It was the best at making me sweat. I've tried many and for some reason this one was the best. However, it only lasted me 6 months. I workout for 2 hours, 4 to 6 days a week this includes treadmill. I did use it quite often. I will be ordering it again but just wish it was a little more durable.

Works great
The band is easy to use. It’s not a shareware so don’t expect it to snatch your waist. What you will get is sweat around your waist It works really well
