I purchased these in preparation for an upcoming trip that will involve a lot of walking. The shoes I put them in were okay before, but I still had achy arches and some friction. With the padding and support of these, my feet were far more comfortable after some 2-3 hour walks! I will say, these fit well in shoes with vertical space. I tried them in some shoes that had a close fit, and these made them rub on the tops of my toes. If you can feel the tops of the shoes without these, you might need something thinner.

I am a corrections officer and I spend many hours on my feet on cement floors. I have had a very difficult time with foot pain, been to the foot doctor several times and had needles in my foot. This plus 75.00 inserts and still the pain persists. I purchased these inserts just to have a less expensive set of inserts for my non work shoes, but put them in my work shoes for giggles. After a 12 hour shift on my feet there was no pain my left foot (none) and I was completely surprised and amazed, these inserts worked better then 75.00 inserts and I was sold. These are well worth the money and we'll worth a try. Thanks happy feet.

They’re comfortable with medium arch, but definitely need to get used to them with the bulge where your heel is distracting for awhile.
