One thing I generally like about Korean cosmetics is that they focus more on comfort and lip health instead of heavy pigment or long-wear at all costs. This balm feels like that — very wearable, very everyday. The ingredient list. It’s not just wax with color. There are a lot of genuinely good moisturizing and nourishing oils in here: Butyrospermum Parkii (Shea Butter), Camellia Japonica Seed Oil, Argania Spinosa (Argan) Kernel Oil, Simmondsia Chinensis (Jojoba) Seed Oil, Sweet Almond Oil, Apricot Kernel Oil, Evening Primrose Oil, Olive Fruit Oil, Mango Fruit Extract, and Rosehip Fruit Extract. The color itself is sheer, and Mauve Whip looks very natural - more “my lips but better” than lipstick. The shine is glossy but not sticky, and it wears off evenly. One thing to mention: it does contain fragrance components: Limonene and Linalool. I’m not sensitive to fragrance and it doesn’t bother me at all, but if your lips are reactive, that’s something to keep in mind.

Love this balm! The color is perfect for a not so there look and it just glides right on. Not sticky at all. It also smells amazing! Looks so pretty over a lip liner.

I tried the rom&nd Glasting Melting Balm in the shade 06 KAYA FIG a few months ago, and it has become a go-to in my daytime makeup routine. The shade KAYA FIG is a flattering, natural tint that enhances my lip color without overpowering my look. The balm has a lightweight, water-bomb-like texture that glides on smoothly and feels great. It leaves my lips feeling soft and nourished but a little sticky. One of my favorite things about this product is that it's vegan and cruelty-free, aligning with my preferences for ethical beauty products. While it doesn't provide a true plumping effect, I believe it is advertised as such due to its glossy finish which does look very nice.

I have probably bought about 4 of these already since I started wearing it more than a year ago. I really love how I can wear it no matter the occasion and how natural it looks. It feels nice on the lips as well; I hate when lip balms feel waxy and this one is soso smooth. It’s also really good at allowing me to control the opaqueness of the lip I want, so it’s perfect. I am always losing these lip balms tho but that’s a me issue lol.

I was hoping this would be truly hydrating, like it claims, and I wanted it to replace chapstick (I’m very sensitive to smells and tastes and hated chapstick. But chapstick has been the most hydrating lip balm I’ve found, unfortunately), but it isn’t as hydrating as I expected. I even tried applying chapstick underneath and then the balm, and while that helps, it still doesn’t keep my lips feeling hydrated for very long. I do recommend applying something hydrating first if you’re mainly wanting the color. On the plus side, my lips haven’t gotten chapped or split like they usually do with chapstick alone. I just have to reapply often because my lips still feel dry. The color is fairly sheer, but it builds very quickly if you apply more than a couple of light taps. I’ll likely try another shade, probably a more neutral one, and see how that goes. I liked that the twisting mechanism requires a lot of turns, so it doesn’t accidentally move and make a mess. It’s cute and this was my first time buying from this brand. There is a slight scent, but it’s not bad. I used it by lightly tapping it onto my lower lip and rubbing my lips together. It gives a subtle shine rather than a high-gloss finish, which I liked. (I bought the sorbet 03 color)

This has such beautiful color and makes my dry lips look moist again! I get a lot of compliments when I wear this :D
